| ObjectiveObserve the clinical efficacy of Danshen injection combined with Huangqi injection on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris and its effect on serum inflammatory markers.MethodsCollected patients who were hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology,Shunde Hospital affiliated to Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to November 2020.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,88 patients were screened out.The envelope method was used to randomly divide the patients into four groups.They are the control group(simple Western medicine conventional treatment),treatment group 1(Western medicine conventional treatment+Danshen injection group),treatment group 2(Western medicine conventional treatment+Huangqi injection group)and treatment group 3(Western medicine conventional treatment+Danshen injection group)+Astragalus injection group),the course of treatment is 5-7 days.Collect basic data such as age,gender,basic medical history,risk factors,etc.;record coronary heart disease TCM syndrome integral,TCM syndrome efficacy,angina pectoris score;detect serum inflammation markers hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-18.Results1.In this study,88 cases were included,9 cases were dropped,and 79 cases were included in the analysis.Among them,22 cases were in the control group,19 cases were in the treatment group 1,20 cases were in the treatment group 2,and 18 cases were in the treatment group 3.The basic data of the four groups of patients and serum inflammatory markers before treatment,coronary heart disease TCM syndrome score,TCM syndrome efficacy,angina pectoris scores were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Evaluation of clinical efficacy:TCM syndrome scores of the four groups of patients decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,TCM syndrome score treatment group 3<treatment group 1<treatment group 2<control Compared with the control group,the treatment groups 1,2 and 3 respectively,the TCM syndrome scores decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically different(P<0.05).In terms of treatment efficiency,the total effective rate of the control group was 68.2%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 1 was 89.5%,the total effective rate of the treatment group 2 was 95.0%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group 3 was 94.4%.The injection and the combined use of the two are more effective than conventional Western medicine(P<0.05).The scores of angina pectoris in the four groups decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.Serum inflammation markers:conventional Western medicine treatment,Danshen injection,Huangqi injection and the combination of the two have a certain trend in reducing the levels of inflammation markers hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-18,some of which are Statistical significance.Compared with before treatment,the serum inflammatory markers hs-CRP and TNF-α decreased significantly after treatment in the control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,and treatment group 3(P<0.05).IL-1β was in treatment group 1 and There was a significant decrease in treatment group 3(P<0.05);after further treatment,a pairwise comparison of inflammation markers was carried out.Compared with the control group,TNF-α and IL-1β in treatment group 1 decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The decrease of TNF-α in group 2 was more significant(P<0.05),the decrease of hs-CRP,TNFα,IL-1β in treatment group 3 was more significant,but there was no significant difference between the different Chinese patent medicine groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in reducing IL-18 levels within and between the four groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIn the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,conventional Western medicine,Danshen injection,Astragalus injection and the combination of both can improve the patients’ symptoms and exert a certain anti-inflammatory effect.Use Danshen injection,Astragalus injection and the combination of the two Compared with the treatment of western medicine alone,it can improve patients’ symptoms and exert antiinflammatory advantages,but the combination of the two has no obvious advantages compared with the single drug. |
