| ObjectiveThrough questionnaire surveys,the five-pattern personality distribution and mental health status of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy were explored,and the factors affecting the fear of cancer recurrence in patients with nasopharyngeal cancer were explored.The relationship between the personality of Chinese medicine and the occurrence and development of cancer was clarified.Chemotherapy patients develop targeted emotional intervention measures to provide clinical reference.MethodsFrom July 2020 to February 2021,221 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated in otolaryngology,oncology and radiotherapy department of Guangdong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected.The general situation questionnaire,the five-pattern personality scale of traditional Chinese medicine and the simplified scale of fear disease were used as research tools to collect data,and the spss23.0 statistical software was used to process the research data.ResultsIn 221 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the frequency of the five-pattern personality distribution from high to low was Syi,Tyi,Sya,Yy and Tya.Among them,the multi-Yin and Yang less patients accounted for 62%,and the multi-Yang and Yin less personality accounted for 28%,Yy personality accounted for 10%.The five-pattern personality distribution of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with different genders,ages,and educational levels has little difference,and there is no specific tendency,and there is no statistical difference between different personality types(P>0.05).Family consumption level of negative personality patients was lower than that of positive personality patients(P<0.05).The proportion of solar personality in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Ⅰ、Ⅱstage was higher than that in patients with Ⅲ.Ⅳ stage,but the proportion of Shaoyin and Yin-yang flat personality was lower than that in patients with Ⅲ stage,and the proportion of Shaoyang and Taiyin personality in patients with Ⅳ stage was higher than that in patients withⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ stage.221 cases of nasopharyngeal cancer patients all have different degrees of cancer fear.Among them,67.87%of nasopharyngeal cancer patients have higher FCR levels,suggesting that there is a larger proportion of nasopharyngeal cancer patients with psychological dysfunction.Age,gender,family consumption level,education level and FCR are independent of each other,and there is no statistical difference(P>0.05).The monthly household consumption level p=0.082 is marginally significant,and there may be potential differences between patients with different household consumption levels.There are significant differences in FCR levels in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma of different tumor stages(P<0.01).Among them,patients with stage Ⅳnasopharyngeal carcinoma have the highest FCR levels,and patients with stage I nasopharyngeal carcinoma have the lowest FCR levels,showing that the progression of tumor stages,FCR levels are gradually increasing.According to different five-pattern personality types,FCR has the highest score among patients with lunar personality,which is 40.85±5.21 points,followed by Syi personality,which is 36.51±8.52 points,and the third is Sya personality,which is 32.86±7.99 points,the lowest is the Yy personality,which is 30.19±8.57 points.The results show that there are significant differences in cancer fear among patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma of different personality types(P<0.001).The negative characteristics of patients’personality are more significant,FCR The higher the level.ConclusionThere is a certain correlation between the five-pattern personality of TCM and the fear of cancer recurrence,suggesting that the clinic can develop personalized psychological interventions for the different personality characteristics of patients with nasopharyngeal cancer,and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of physical and mental diseases. |
