The Clinical Research Of Buxuetiaojing Decoction In Treating Delayed Menstruation With Symptoms Of Blood Deficiency That Result From Declining Ovarian Reserve

PURPOSE:By contrasting the Buxuetiaojing decoction and traditional Chinese medicine preparation Peikun pill in the therapeutic effects of delayed menstruation with symptoms of blood deficiency that result from declining ovarian reserve.Through the comparison and analysis of statistics,to investigating the Buxuetiaojing decoction mechanisms and evaluate the clinical effects and safety of the methods.The nature of the study is clinical observation.METHODS:The 72 Delayed Menstruation Patients were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group and the control group,each of the 36 cases,the treatment group by the Buxuetiaojing decoction and the control group with Peikun pill.All of the cases started to take the medicines after menstruation is clean the third day.Continue taking the medicine for two weeks after the body temperature in a high level according to the BBT.The 3 cycles are one course of treatment.The initial patient was guided by the patient’s progesterone level.No other related drugs are added during the treatment.After the treatment,there will be carrying on a stochastic investigation lasting three months.Making an evaluation about the clinical efficacy of the Buxuetiaojing decoction through contrasting and observing the main symptoms and signs,the Index change of rFSH,E₂,FSH/LH and endometrial thickness（the10th day to 12th day in menstrual cycle）between the two groups.RESULTS:Analysis of clinical symptoms:There are 32 patients were treated in the treatment group.The result is 6 cases were cured,12 cases showed treatment,9 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective.The recovery rate was 18.75%,the efficiency of the show was 37.5%,the effective rate was 28.13%,the ineffective rate was 15.63%,and the total efficiency rate was 84.38%.There are 32 patients were treated in the control group.The result is 2 cases were cured,7 cases showed treatment,14 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective.The recovery rate was 6.25%,the efficiency of the show was 21.88%,the effective rate was 43.75%,the ineffective rate was 28.13%,and the total efficiency rate was71.88%.The overall efficiency between two group were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Analysis of individual TCM symptoms:Comparison in the group:P<0.05,which had statistical significance.Comparison between groups:The P<0.05 of the menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,blood color,abdominal pain,palpitation and insomnia after treatment,it proved to be statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of facial color,dizziness,and non-wetting skin（P>0.05）.Comparison before and after treatment of the serum E₂,rFSH,FSH/LH in the 3rd day of menstruation which was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Comparison between groups:That’s not statistically significant（P>0.05）.Intimal thickness（period 10-12 days of menstruation）:The difference was statistically significant before and after treatment in the same group（P<0.01）.Comparison between groups after treatment:P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.CONCLUSION:Buxuetiaojing decoction on the treatment of delayed menstruation with symptoms of blood deficiency that result from declining ovarian reserve is safe and effective.The long term effect of it is better.It is worthy of clinical use.
