Clinical Observation Of Shuyu Yangxin Decoction In The Treatment Of Tachyarrhythmia With Anxiety

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuyu Yangxin Decoction Combined with basic Western medicine in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with anxiety state(liver stagnation type),and to provide a new idea for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with anxiety state with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:from November 2019 to February 2021,80 patients with tachyarrhythmia in the Department of Cardiology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected and randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group),40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with betaloc sustained-release tablets and drugs for the treatment of basic diseases,while the treatment group was treated with Shuyu Yangxin Decoction granules on the basis of Western medicine in the control group,once in the morning and once in the evening,with warm water for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the average heart rate of dynamic electrocardiogram,the number of premature beats,TCM symptom score,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and other indicators of the two groups were observed to evaluate the clinical efficacy.At the same time,liver and kidney function and blood routine were monitored to evaluate its safety.SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data.Result:Of the 80 patients,2 were abscised,and 78 were finally included.39 cases were treated and 39 in the control group.First,the total score of the two groups was lower than before treatment,there was statistical difference(P < 0.05).From the point of view of single TCM syndrome score,the treatment group and the control group could improve the symptoms of palpitation,shortness of breath,dizziness and chest depression.There were statistical differences between the groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the above symptoms.Second,among all types of arrhythmias,the number of premature beats was significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),and the number of patients with premature beats was significantly lower in the treatment group(P < 0.05).The difference of the mean heart rate was statistically significant(P < 0.05)and the average heart rate after treatment was lower than before treatment.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The mean heart rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Third,compared with SAS scores,the SAS score of the two groups was lower than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.The overall effective rate was 84.6% in the treatment group and 69.2% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the SAS score was significantly reduced in the treatment group.Fourth,safety evaluation,before and after treatment,the patients were tested for liver and kidney function,blood routine,and there was no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Shuyu Yangxin Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with anxiety(liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome)can better improve the TCM symptoms of patients than western medicine alone,especially palpitation,dizziness,chest tightness and other symptoms.It can effectively reduce the number of various premature beats,reduce the average heart rate,improve the anxiety state and improve the quality of life.The clinical effect is remarkable and the safety is good.
