Intervention Study Of Xinnaoning Capsule On Total Ischemia Burden In Patients With Acute Coronary Syndrome And Carotid Arterial Plaques

Objective:By observing the intervention effect of Xinnaoning capsule on the total ischemia burden in patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with carotid plaque,further more objectively evaluate the efficacy of Xinnaoning capsule in the treatment of short-term anti-angina pectoris in patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with carotid plaque,and effectively improve the clinical applicability of modern proprietary Chinese medicine.Methods:In this study,a central randomized,double-blind,placebocontrolled clinical trial was conducted.39 patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with carotid plaque were divided into experimental group and control group.Xinnaoning capsule or placebo was given for 3 months on the basis of routine treatment.Follow-up records were recorded and the changes in total myocardial ischemia load and baseline,nitroglycerin stop rate,and Seattle angina scale score were analyzed by dynamic electrocardiogram after intervention.Results:A total of 39 subjects were included in this study(test group,n=20,control group=19).Comparison of TIB before and after intervention:the TIB of the two groups before intervention was comparable,the TIB after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention,and the difference between TIB groups after intervention was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference of TIB before and after intervention in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the difference of TIB before and after intervention in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate of TIB between the two groups.Comparison of the stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin before and after treatment:there was significant difference in the stopping and decreasing rate of nitroglycerin between the two groups(P<0.01).Comparison of SAQ score before and after treatment:there was no significant difference in the degree of limitation of physical activity between the two groups,but there were significant differences in angina pectoris attack,stable state of angina pectoris,satisfaction degree and disease cognition degree before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the score was improved after treatment.Conclusion:Routine treatment combined with Xinnaoning capsule can further improve myocardial ischemia in patients with acute coronary syndrome complicated with carotid plaque,strengthen the effect of antiangina pectoris,improve the quality of life,and then reduce the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events.improve prognosis.
