The Intervention Study On The Residual Inflammation Risk In Post-ACS With Carotid Plaque Disease By Xinnaoning Capsule

Objective:Short-term precise evaluation of Xinnaoning capsule on ASCVD typical high residual risk groups-cardio-cerebral vascular bed disease(ACS after steady state + carotid plaques)combination of inflammation(hs-CRP positive)in the actual disease effect,and further determine Xinnaoning capsule of angina pectoris curative effect,The anti-inflammatory mechanism of Xinnaoning capsule was preliminarily confirmed,which further reduces the risk of residual phlogistic card for traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas and methods.Methods:A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial was conducted.In shandong province hospital,a total of 39 cases of hospitalized patients with heart disease subject,The experimental group(n=20)and the control group(n=19)were given Xinnaoning capsule or placebo simulated capsule through a randomized system,course of treatment for 12 weeks,hs-CRP,EQ-5D-3L health questionnaire score and the cease and reducerate of nitroglycerin were used as outcome indexes that evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xinnaoning capsule.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in baseline demographic and clinical characteristics between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no difference in the baseline hs-CRP level between the two groups(P > 0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,hs-CRP levels in both experimental and control groups decreased,and there were significant differences in hs-CRP levels and differences between the two groups(P<0.05).⑶ After 12 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in "mobility and self-care" between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in "daily activities,pain and discomfort,anxiety and depression,and VAS scores" between the two groups(P<0.01).(4)After 12 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference in the triglyceride stop rate between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.01)Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,It can better improve the angina pectoris,effectively reduce the residual risk of inflammation loading Xinnaoning Capsule after 12 weeks compared with using purely guidelines recommend drugs,.Furthermore,it was preliminarily confirmed that the anti-angina effect of loading Xinnaoning Capsule on the basis of conventional treatment in the short term was enhanced,and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of Xinnaoning Capsule was preliminarily confirmed.
