Clinical Study On Menstrual Migraine Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Based On The Theory Of "Fu Xie"

Objective: Based on the theory of "Fu Xie",this paper discusses the relationship between Menstrual migraine and pathogenic factors,discusses the thinking of treating pathogenic under the guidance of "Fu Xie" theory,and observes the clinical effect of“replenish qi and remove blood stasis method ”in the treatment of Menstrual migraine,so as to provide reference and ideas for clinical treatment.Methods: 60 cases of Menstrual migraine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with self-made formula Qian Qingtang,and the control group was treated with Modified Qingnao Fushen oral liquid.After three courses of treatment,the total score of headache,Visual Analog scale(VAS)and the score of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:In the actual treatment process,there were 1 case of shedding in the observation group and 2 cases of shedding in the control group,with a total of 57 cases completed.(1)Headache score: after treatment,the headache score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 67.9%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),the headache score of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P< 0.01).(2)Visual Analog scale(VAS): After treatment,the Visual Analog scale of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%,and that of the control group was 53.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01),Visual Analog scale of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).(3)TCM symptoms score: after treatment,the TCM symptoms score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.0%,and that of the control group was 60.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),TCM symptoms scores of observation group and control group were lower than before treatment,with significant statistical significance(P < 0.01).Conclusion: Under the guidance of Fu Xie theory,replenish qi and Remove Blood Stasis Method has a significant effect on Menstrual migraine of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,which can effectively relieve headache symptoms and improve the cure rate,which provides new ideas and methods for the treatment of Menstrual migraine.
