Effect Of Danggui Buxue Decoction On Hidden Blood Loss And Hip Joint Function After PFNA For Intertrochanteric Fracture Fractures

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction Combined with PFNA in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Method: A total of 60 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur hospitalized in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and treatment group(n =30).The control group received routine treatment after PFNA surgery,and the treatment group was additively treated with Angelica Buxue Decoction after surgery on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in postoperative Hb(hemoglobin)levels between the first and third days after surgery(P > 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group on the seventh day after surgery(P < 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in HCT(hematocrit)level between the first day and the third day after surgery(P > 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group on the seventh day after surgery(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of Harris score of hip function: The Harris score of hip function of patients in the two groups at 1,3 and 6 months after surgery showed statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.In terms of the comparison of patients’ stride length and pace 6 months after surgery,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Danggui Buxue Decoction has significant effect on hidden blood loss and hip joint function after PFNA for intertrochanteric fracture,which can effectively reduce hidden blood loss and improve hip joint function.
