Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Runing Ointment On Mass Stage Of Granulomatous Mastitis

Objective:This study provides a new treatment idea for granulomatous mastitis through the observation of the effect of external application of Runing ointment on the symptoms and signs of breast mass in the mass stage and the range of low echo area under color ultrasound.Methods:Patients with mass stage granulomatous mastitis who visited the department of breast and thyroid surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to January 2021 were collected.Sixty patients were included according to the case screening criteria,including 30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group.Under the treatment of unified Chinese prescription Yanghe Decoction,the experimental group was treated with Runing ointment for 14 days.Comparison between the experimental group and the control group in breast lump pain,texture,number,distribution quadrant,size and the range of low echo area under color ultrasound changes,using SPSS24.0 data processing,draw a conclusion.Results:1.Baseline analysis of observation indicators(1)Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in age,number of births,time of lactation,postpartum time,history of breast trauma,use of contraceptives,nipple depression or deformity(P>0.05),indicating comparability.⑵ Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in breast lump pain,lump texture,lump number,lump distribution quadrant,lump size and range of low echo area(P>0.05).2.Result analysis of efficacy indicators⑴ Intra-group difference analysis before and after treatment: there were statistical differences in the pain,texture,number,distribution quadrant,size and range of low echo area of breast lumps in the experimental group after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,there were significant differences in the pain,texture,number,distribution quadrant,size and range of low echo area of breast masses in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups had good curative effect on the mass stage of granulomatous mastitis.⑵ Analysis of differences between groups after treatment: After treatment,there were statistical differences between the experimental group and the control group in the pain,texture,distribution quadrant,size and range of low echo area of the masses(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in the number of masses between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group in reducing the pain,texture,distribution quadrant,size and range of low echo area of the mass.⑶ Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group was 73.3%;The total effective rate of the two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusions:⑴ Runing ointment combined with Yanhe decoction and Yanhe decoction alone can improve the local symptoms of breast mass in the mass stage of granulomatous mastitis,and has a good therapeutic effect.⑵ The effect of Runing ointment combined with Yanghe decoction is better than Yanghe decoction alone in relieving the pain,texture,distribution quadrant,size and hypoechoic area of breast mass,and the total effective rate is 20% higher.⑶ The effect of Runing ointment on the improvement of local symptoms of breast mass in the stage of granulomatous mastitis is obvious,and it is easy to operate and safe,so it is worthy of clinical application.
