Comparative Study On The Efficacy Of Two External Therapies For Psoriasis Vulgaris With Blood Stasis And Heat Accumulation Syndrome

Objective: Take compound Shuang ling drink,external moisturizer Vaseline as the basic medicine and therapy,the treatment group combined detoxifying antidote lotion medicine bath,the control group combined NB-UVB phototherapy,by observing the patient’s skin lesions and subjective symptoms to improve the situation,compare the clinical efficacy of the two external treatment methods to the patients with psoriasis vulgaris mutual syndrome of stasis and heat,to provide reference and basis for the selection of psoriasis treatment method.Methods: Collected 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris mutual syndrome of stasis and heat,which met the requirements,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were oral Chinese medicine compound Shuang ling drink(2 times / day),the treatment group with the use of detoxified antidote medicine bath(once every other day),control group with narrow spectrum of ultraviolet light(NB-UVB)light therapy exposure(three times a week).Recorded before treatment,after treatment with 2 weeks as a treatment cycle,record the patient’s condition changes,a total of 8weeks recorded.The observation compared two groups of patients with a single score of skin lesion(erythema,infiltration,and scale scores)in the same period,a score of total area of skin loss,and a PASI score,detailed records of adverse reactions and the causes of adverse reactions to determine the efficacy.The change of target skin loss under the skin mirror was observed in some patients.Results: The study actually completed 60 cases,of which 30 cases in the control group,the cure obvious rate was 36.67 percent,the total efficiency was 86.67 percent,the treatment group 30 cases,the cure obvious rate was83.33 percent,the total efficiency was 90.00 percent.Compared with the pre-treatment,after 2,4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the single score of skin lesion(erythema,immersion,scales),total area score of skin lesion,PASI score were improved,and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The improvement of the skin lesions under dermoscopy was consistent with the changes in the condition.Conclusion: The combined detoxification of basic therapy and the combined NB-UVB phototherapy of basic therapy have significant efficacy for the treatment of common psoriasis,and the adverse reactions in the course of treatment are relatively mild,indicating that the short-term side effects of the two external treatment methods are small,high efficacy and good safety.However,The Chinese medicine bath is more significant in improving patients’ erythema,scales,immersion,reducing the total area of skin lesion,reducing PASI score,etc.,and has faster effect,better efficacy,and lower and safer occurrence of adverse reactions.
