Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis In Hypothyroidism Stage Combined With Depression By Modification Of Chaihu-gui Zhigan Jiang Decoction And Erxian Decoction

Objective:This study is mainly through systematic observation,comparison and analysis the Chaihu-Gui Zhigan Jiang Decoction and Erxian Decoction of hashimoto thyroiditis hypothyroidism merge depression patients(Liver depression and spleen deficiency combined with kidney Yang deficiency)before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom integral and related laboratory indicators,to explore the application value of this study,in order to offer new ideas and methods to control disease progression.Methods:In this study,60 patients were selected and diagnosed as Hashimoto thyroiditis with hypothyroidism combined with depression state(liver stagnation and spleen deficiency combined with kidney-yang deficiency type).The patients were numbered and randomly divided into two groups:traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment group and conventional treatment group.There were 30 patients in each group.After admission,both groups received basic western medicine treatment.Chinese medicine treatment group was additionally treated with Chinese medicine decoction(Chaihu-Gui Zhigan Jiang Decoction and Erxian Decoction).After eight weeks of treatment.Observed two groups of patients with TCM syndrome integral,thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH),thyroid related antibodies(TGAb,TPOAb),depression self rating scale(SDS)scores changes,compared with two groups of patients and to assess the safety and adverse reactions,using SPSS24.0 on the above data for statistical analysis.Results: 1.The total clinical effective rate,the total efficacy of the TCM syndrome was 80.00% in the treatment group of TCM,and 50.00% in the conventional treatment group.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,the efficacy of the treatment group of TCM was better than that of the conventional treatment group.2.In terms of TCM syndrome scores,both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.01),and the effect of TCM treatment group was better than that of conventional treatment group(P<0.05).3.In terms of thyroid function(FT3,FT4,TSH)and thyroid related antibodies(Tg Ab and Tpo Ab)were significantly improved in both TCM treatment group and conventional treatment group after treatment(P<0.01),and TCM treatment group was better than conventional treatment group(P<0.05).5.In terms of depression scale scores,SDS were significantly decreased in the TCM treatment group and the conventional treatment group after treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM treatment group was better than the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).6.In terms of safety and adverse reactions,relevant safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups were within the safe range.Conclusion: The use of Chaihu-Gui Zhigan Jiang Decoction and Erxian Decoction combined with western medicine foundation for hashimoto thyroiditis hypothyroidism merge depression patients(Liver depression and spleen deficiency combined with kidney Yang deficiency type),compared with the conventional western medicine treatment group,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the thyroid function,thyroid antibody levels and depression rating scale level,delay,the more effective control condition development,good security,found no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment and side effects,suitable for clinical use for reference.
