Objective: To observe the clinical trial of ear beans in the treatment of college students’ normal high blood pressure and evaluate its clinical curative effect,so as to provide clinical basis for the formulation of early intervention plan of auricular point pressing technology for college students ’ normal high blood pressure.Methods: This study was based on a baseline survey of freshmen ’ s physical examination in a university.After analyzing the basic situation and main influencing factors of normal high blood pressure in college students,100 freshmen with normal high blood pressure were selected as the study population.According to the random number method,100 subjects were divided into study group(50 cases)and interference group(50 cases).Study group : without any pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment,only health mission;Interference group : On the basis of health mission,auricular point pressing therapy was performed.Acupoint selection according to the body constitution of the subjects were selected : basic acupoints : ear back ditch(buck ditch),corner nest,Shenmen;Peace quality : no other acupoints;Qi deficiency : add spleen,endocrine;Yang deficiency : add kidney,heart;Yin deficiency : add endocrine,sympathetic;Phlegm dampness : add spleen,lung;Damp heat : add triple burner,ear tip;Blood stasis : add heart,liver;Qi stagnation : liver and ear apex were added.The beans were pressed at each ear point for 10 – 20 times,4 – 5 times a day.The degree of pressing was mild heat and slight pain.One course of treatment lasted for 3 days,and then the other side of the ear was pressed with the same method.The two ears were rotated for 14 courses,a total of 6 weeks.Health education is conducted online or offline according to the actual situation at least once a week.Through six-week intervention observation,the blood pressure,TCM syndrome score and health self-management ability score of subjects before and after intervention were recorded on time,and SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for analysis and comparison.Results: Through the baseline study of physical examination data,it was found that the detection rate of normal high-value blood pressure was significantly higher than that before,and gender,BMI and waist circumference were the influencing factors of normal high-value blood pressure.Through clinical trials,the interference group 50 cases,the total effective rate was 66.67 %;The study group of 50 cases,the total effective rate was18.37 %.Health self-management ability scores improved in the two groups,and those in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group.The improvement and persistence of healthy living habits in hypertension in the intervention group were better than those in the control group.The regular monitoring of blood pressure and the enhancement of confidence in traditional Chinese medicine were also better than those in the control group.Conclusion: University is an important stage of hypertension prevention and control,and college students ’ attention to their own blood pressure is not high,need to improve the program to monitor and control blood pressure.The auricular point bean pressing intervention program can improve the blood pressure of college students with normal high blood pressure,which is simple and easy to operate with high compliance,and is suitable for college students. |
