Effect Of Shenlingfang Combined With Cyberknife On Quality Of Life In Patients With Primary Liver Cancer

Objective: To observe and evaluate the effect of Shenling prescription combined with cyberknife on the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer,and to provide a certain clinical basis for the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods: 60 cases were divided into two groups by random number table,including 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shenling formula combined with cyberknife,while the control group was treated with cyberknife alone.After treatment,solid tumor changes,alpha-fetal protein,liver function grade,TCM syndrome changes,Karnofsky score,SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale)score and EORTC QLQ-C30 score were observed in all enrolled cases,and the data collected after treatment were analyzed statistically.Results: 1.Comparison of the short-term efficacy of solid tumor between the two groups: the effective rate of the treatment group was 66.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 60.00%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the effective rate of the two groups by statistical test(P > 0.05).2.The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was 73%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of AFP between the two groups: AFP in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01);The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of Child-Pugh grade of liver function between the two groups: After treatment,there was no statistical significance in Child-Pugh grade of liver function between the two groups(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of KPS scores between the two groups: after treatment,the KPS scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).6.Comparison of SAS scores between the two groups: after treatment,SAS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).7.Comparison of EORTC QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups: 2months and 4 months after treatment,the physical function,role function,total health status,fatigue,pain,loss of appetite and other aspects of the treatment group were significantly improved,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Shenling formula combined with cyberknife in the treatment of primary liver cancer can reduce AFP level,alleviate clinical symptoms and improve anxiety state of patients.2.Shenling formula combined with cyberknife in the treatment of primary liver cancer can improve the overall quality of life of patients,and has good clinical application value.
