Effect Of Shenling Formula On Immune Function Of Patients With Primary Liver Cancer After Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shenling formula on immune function of patients with Primary hepatic carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,and to provide clinical reference for improving immune function of patients with p Primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods:Sixty patients with Primary hepatic carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with TACE,and conventional western medicine was given symptomatic treatment.The treatment group received Shenling formula on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment for both groups was 1 month.The levels of T lymphocytes,NK cells,humoral immunity,cytokines,liver function,serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),as well as the TCM syndrome score,the total efficacy of TCM and the efficacy of solid tumor were recorded before and after treatment,and all the results were compared and analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of cellular immunity levels:the levels of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and NK cells in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of CD8~+in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4+/CD8~+and NK cells in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CD8~+in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);2.Comparison of humoral immunity levels:the levels of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in both groups were increased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of cytokines levels:the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin both groups were increased after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and LL-10 in both groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6 and LL-10 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of liver function levels:the levels of serum TBIL,AST and ALT in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TBIL,AST and ALT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Comparison of AFP levels:the serum AFP levels of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum AFP levels of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).6.Efficacy of solid tumor:after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).7.TCM syndrome score and total effect:After treatment,the symptom scores of hypochondriac pain,fatigue,numbness,soreness of waist and knee,nausea and chills in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the symptom scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM in the control group was 66.67%;the total effective rate of TCM in the treatment group was 90%,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Shenling formula can significantly improve the cellular immune level and improve the cellular immune function of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE;2.Shenling formula can significantly improve the humoral immune level and humoral immune function of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE;3.Shenling formula can significantly improve liver function,inhibit the expression of AFP,alleviate liver damage and inhibit tumor growth in patients with primary liver cancer after TACE;4.Shenling formula can significantly improve the TCM symptom score and total curative effect of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE,and improve the clinical effect.
