Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes Of Ascites Due To Liver Cirrhosis In Guangxi Based On Data Mining

Objective:Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation methods,through data mining technology,we carried out the research on TCM Syndromes of ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Guangxi,providing the basis for TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Guangxi,making the prevention and treatment of ascites due to liver cirrhosis more objective,standardized,standardized and scientific.Methods:Based on the theoretical research and clinical data research of cirrhotic ascites,a questionnaire of TCM Syndromes of cirrhotic ascites was designed.301 cases of cirrhotic ascites in Guangxi were collected.According to the TCM syndrome differentiation method,they were divided into six syndrome types: 58 cases of stagnation of Qi and water,44 cases of spleen deficiency and water,120 cases of damp hot water,43 cases of blood stasis and water,36 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency and water,0 The first five syndrome types were selected as the research type.Microsoft Excel 2019 and Clementine 12.0 were used to analyze the frequency of basic information,etiology,nationality and basic diseases of medical records.The symptoms and signs were calculated by association rules.Combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the results of calculation were analyzed to carry out the research on TCM Syndromes of liver cirrhosis ascites in Guangxi.Results:1.In 301 patients with ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Guangxi,the ratio of male to female was 3.9:1,of which 56% were 40-60 years old,26% were 60-70 years old,and only 1% were under 30 years old.About 68% of them are Han nationality and about 30% are Zhuang nationality.There are 9 kinds of original TCM diagnosis,the most is liver cancer,accounting for about 40%,followed by swelling,accounting for about 32%.About 81% of the cases were caused by hepatitis B,followed by hepatitis C,and the causes of other categories were less.There are three grades of ascites: small amount of ascites(about 60%),medium amount of ascites(about 27%)and large amount of ascites(about12%).About 27% of the patients had a history of smoking and 33% had a history of drinking.A total of 59 complications,in which the frequency of more than 50 were liver cancer,varicose veins,spontaneous peritonitis,chronic gastroenteritis,gallstones.2.The frequency of symptoms and signs of 58 cases of qi stagnation and water stagnation syndrome ranked in the top five: abdominal distension,abdominal distention,splenomegaly,thin and white fur,poor sleep.When the minimum support was 10%,the minimum confidence was 90%,and the maximum number of antecedents was 4,62 rules were obtained.Among them,yellow eyes,yellow urine,abdominal distention,yellow body and other symptoms and signs were highly correlated.3.The frequency of symptoms and signs of 44 cases of spleen deficiency and water retention syndrome ranked in the top five: fatigue,abdominal distention,anorexia,abdominal distension and poor sleep.When the minimum support is17%,the minimum confidence is 100%,and the maximum number of antecedents is 4,72 rules are obtained.Among them,eye yellow,body yellow,fatigue and other symptoms are highly correlated.4.The frequency of symptoms and signs of 120 cases of stop syndrome of damp hot water ranked in the top five: yellow urine,red tongue,abdominal distension,slippery pulse and yellow eyes.When the minimum support is 18%,the minimum confidence is 95%,and the maximum number of antecedents is 4,126 rules are obtained.Among them,abdominal tenderness,abdominal distention,yellow body,yellow eyes,mobile voiced voice,red tongue and other symptoms and signs were highly correlated.5.The top five frequency of symptoms and signs of 43 cases of blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome were spider nevus,abdominal distension,fatigue,abdominal distention and splenomegaly.When the minimum support is 15%,the minimum confidence is 90%,and the maximum number of antecedents is4,56 rules are obtained.Among them,liver palm,mobile voiced voice,spider nevus,abdominal distention and other symptoms and signs were highly correlated.6.The frequency of symptoms and signs of 36 cases of liver and kidney yin deficiency and water retention syndrome ranked in the top five: fatigue,red tongue,abdominal pain,poor sleep and yellow urine.When the minimum support is 13%,the minimum confidence is 90%,and the maximum number of antecedents is 4,93 rules are obtained.Among them,body yellow,abdominal distension,urine yellow,eye yellow and other symptoms were highly correlated.Conclusion:1.The main syndromes of ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Guangxi are yellow eyes,yellow body,yellow urine,abdominal distension,distending pain,etc.The main syndrome groups of spleen deficiency and water retention syndrome are: fatigue,poor appetite,poor sleep,abdominal distension,body yellow,etc.The main symptoms of stop syndrome of damp hot water were yellow body,yellow eyes,abdominal pain,dry mouth,abdominal distention,yellow and greasy fur,etc.The main syndrome groups of blood stasis and water stagnation syndrome were abdominal distension,liver palms,mobile voiced positive,spider nevus,abdominal distention,etc.The main syndrome groups of liver kidney yin deficiency and water retention syndrome are: yellow body,yellow urine,yellow eyes,positive mobile voiced sound,abdominal distention,less moss,fine pulse,etc.2.Association rule operation method combined with traditional Chinese medicine research method is used to understand the TCM Syndromes of ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Guangxi.The analysis shows that the pathogenesis of spleen deficiency and blood stasis runs through each syndrome type of the disease,and each syndrome type group has 2-3 pathogenesis.
