Study On Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity Of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill Based On Data Mining

Objective: This study will explore the regulation of syndrome and treatment of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill through the combination of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill medical case research and data mining technology,so as to promote the objectification and modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The clinical application reports and medical records of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill published from 1966 to 2019 were collected and screened through the databases of CNKI,Wanfang and Duxiu,etc.,taking this as the data source,through data preprocessing,the total sample data warehouse of medical records was established and the data warehouse of various syndrome types was established by classifying the syndrome types of the case of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill.The sex,age,onset season,symptoms and signs and prescription medication of the patients in the general medical case were counted by frequency analysis,and the relevant data were extracted from the data warehouse of each syndrome type for association rule operation.combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of febrile diseases,the results of frequency analysis and association analysis were discussed,and the syndrome and treatment rules of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill were excavated and analyzed.Results:1.In this study,a total of 338 cases of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill were collected,and five syndrome types were obtained after standardized classification of syndrome types.Among them,there are three syndrome types in which the number of medical cases is more than 60: 189 cases of damp-heat stagnation syndrome,71 cases of damp-heat toxin syndrome and65 cases of damp-heat phlegm syndrome.2.The results of frequency analysis of symptoms and signs of each syndrome type were as follows:(1)Damp-heat stagnation syndrome: greasy tongue coating,yellow tongue coating,anorexia,yellow urine,pulse,red tongue,fever,slippery pulse,pulse string,pulse,nausea,abdominal distension,chest tightness,dry mouth,constipation,sleepiness,short urine,white tongue coating,bitter mouth.(2)Syndrome of damp-heat toxin: greasy tongue coating,yellow tongue coating,tongue red,pulse,slippery pulse,yellow urine,constipation,swollen pharynx,sore throat,white tongue coating,short urination,oral ulceration,oral pain,herpes.(3)Syndrome of damp-heat phlegm: greasy tongue coating,yellow tongue coating,number of pulse,slippery pulse,cough,expectoration,red tongue,fever,stupefied urine,yellow urine,diarrhea,fatigue,white tongue coating,thick phlegm,pulse,chest tightness,loose stool,dry mouth,yellow expectoration.3.The results of frequency analysis of drug frequency of each syndrome type > 10%:(1)Damp-heat stagnation syndrome: Artemisia Capillaris,Talc,Scutellaria Caicalensis,Forsythia,Patchouli,Acorus Calamus,Amomum Cardamomum,Mutong,Peppermint,Shegan,Fritillaria Chuanensis,Licorice,Bupleurum,Fritillaria Thunbergii,Coix Seed,Rhubarb.(2)Syndrome of damp-heat toxin: Forsythia,Talc,Artemisia Capillaris,Patchouli,Scutellaria Baicalensis,Cardamom,Peppermint,Acorus calamus,Rhizoma Belamcandae,Fritillaria Thunbergii,Coix seed,Rhubarb,Radix isatidis.(3)Syndrome of damp-heat phlegm: Scutellaria Baicalensis,Agastache Rugosus,Forsythia,Talc,Cardamom,Wormwood,Acorus Calamus,Peppermint,Shegan,Mutong,Fritillaria Chuanensis,Fritillaria Thunbergii,Almond,Magnolia,Licorice.4.The association results of symptoms and signs of each syndrome type:(1)Damp-heat stagnation syndrome: 38 association rules were obtained when there were 2 items,and 43 association rules were obtained when 3 items were associated.(2)Damp-heat toxin accumulation syndrome: a total of 55 association rules were obtained when 2 items were associated,and 71 association rules were obtained when 3 items were associated.(3)Damp-heat phlegm syndrome: a total of 41 rules were obtained when 2 items were associated,and 46 association rules were obtained when 3 items were associated.5.After the operation of association rules,the highly related symptoms in each syndrome type of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill is as follows:(1)Syndrome of damp-heat accumulation: yellow tongue coating and greasy tongue coating,dumbness and greasy tongue coating,yellow tongue coating and dull tongue,greasy tongue coating and urine yellow,etc.(2)Syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation of toxin: red tongue and yellow tongue coating,swollen pharynx and greasy tongue coating,pharynx swelling and yellow tongue coating,slippery pulse and yellow tongue coating,etc.(3)Syndrome of damp-heat brewing phlegm: cough and tongue coating greasy,pulse number and tongue coating greasy,cough and expectoration,pulse number and tongue coating yellow and so on.6.The association results of drug use of each syndrome type:(1)Damp-heat stagnation syndrome: 102 association rules were obtained when 2items were associated,and 433 association rules were obtained when 3 items were associated.(2)Damp-heat toxin accumulation syndrome: 98 association rules were obtained when 2 items were associated,and 371 association rules were obtained when 3 items were associated.(3)Syndrome of damp-heat brewing phlegm: 103 association rules were obtained when 2 items and 445 association rules were obtained when 3 items were associated.7.After the operation of association rules,the highly related drug groups in each syndrome type of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill is as follows:(1)Damp-heat accumulation syndrome: Herba Artemisiae and Acorus Calamus,White Cardamom and Scutellaria Baicalensis,Forsythia Suspensa and Agastache Rugosus,White Cardamom and Acorus Calamus,Herba Artemisiae and Mutong,etc.(2)Syndrome of damp-heat accumulation of poison: Scutellaria Baicalensis and Forsythia,Cardamom and Forsythia,Cardamom and Scutellaria Baicalensis,Shegan and Talc,etc.(3)Syndrome of damp-heat phlegm: cardamom and Scutellaria Baicalensis,Cardamom and Wormwood,Shegan and Talc,Shegan and White Cardamom,etc.Conclusion:1.The syndrome types of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill can be divided into three types: damp-heat stagnation syndrome,damp-heat toxin syndrome,damp-heat brewing phlegm syndrome.2.Among the syndrome types of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill,the basic pathogenesis is “moisture”,“heat” and “stagnation”,and the pathogenesis of“phlegm” and “toxin” is often combined with the pathogenesis of “moisture”,“heat” and “stagnation”.This prescription embodies the idea of dividing benefit and toxin,dispelling stagnation and heat,resolving phlegm and soothing the lungs,and detoxifying and dispersing knots.3.Among the prescriptions for the main treatment of Ganlu Xiaodu Micropill,aromatic dampness medicine,dampness medicine and Xinliang heat-clearing medicine are often used as basic prescriptions,and at the same time,they are compatible with swelling-relieving and heat-clearing drugs,or drugs for dispelling lung and resolving phlegm,which are based on dispelling dampness,relieving depression and permeating heat,giving dampness-heat evil qi a way out,and at the same time detoxifying and dispelling stagnation,dispelling lung and phlegm.
