Objective: To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with routine rehabilitation on the recovery of stroke limb motor dysfunction. Methods:The subject included 108 cases of stroke dyskinesia patients admitted to the rehabilitation department of guilin people’s hospital as the research object. In the observation group,54 patients were treated with hyperbaric oxygen + conventional rehabilitation therapy, once a day,5 times a week,2 weeks a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment. In the control group,54 patients were treated with atmospheric oxygen plus conventional rehabilitation, once a day,5 times a week,2 weeks a course of treatment, and 2 courses of treatment. The simplified Fugl-Meyer,motor function evaluation method and the improvement of ADL ability scale(daily life)score method(Barthel index),total effective statistical treatment, analysis of the above shows the result, hyperbaric oxygen combined with conventional rehabilitation therapy in patients with cerebral apoplexy dyskinesia limb motor function and the specific role of daily life ability and application value.Results:1.The ADL scores of patients in both groups after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and ADL scores after 2 courses of treatment were significantly higher than those after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05).The ADL scores of the observation group after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).2.The fugl-meyer motor function score of the upper and lower limbs after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),while the fugl-meyer motor function score of the upper and lower limbs after 2 courses of treatment was significantly higher than that after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05).The upper and lower limb fugl-meyer motor function scores of the observation group after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).3.The NIHSS scores of patients in both groups after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores after 2 courses of treatment were significantly lower than those after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05).The NIHSS scores of patients in the observation group after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).4.The MMSE scores of patients in both groups after 1 course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and MMSE scores after 2 courses of treatment were significantly higher than those after 1 course of treatment(P<0.05).The MMSE scores of patients in the observation group after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).5.Two groups of patients after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of physical function, mental health, social function, physiological functions, physical pain, emotional functions and overall health, vigor score were significantly higher than before treatment(P < 0.05),while after treatment 2course of body function, mental health, social function, physiological functions, physical pain, emotional functions, general health, vitality and score were significantly higher than treatment 1 after treatment(P < 0.05);Two groups of patients before treatment of physical function, mental health, social function, physiological functions, physical pain and emotional function, overall health and vigor score between the difference was not significant(P >0.05),treatment 1,2 after treatment group after treatment of the patient’s body function, mental health, social function, physiological functions, physical pain, emotional functions, overall health and vigor score were significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0.05).6.In the observation group,35 cases were cured and 16 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 98.08%(51/52).6.In the control group,28 cases were cured and 14 cases were effective. The total effective rate was82.35%(42/51).The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen combined with rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve patients’ ADL(daily life)ability, promote the recovery of motor function, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients, which is the key to prevent and reduce disability. It has the value of popularization and reference.
