Objective To explore the effect of Stroke Rehabilitation Unit Model(STUM)on rehabilitation of motor dysfunction after stroke.Methods The 60 patients who met the standard were by chance into treatment group(stroke rehabilitation unit group)and control group(acupuncture plus exercise rehabilitation group),each group with a total of 30 cases.Two groups of patients in the Department of Neurology on the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group with stroke rehabilitation unit treatment,the control group with acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation therapy.In 2weeks for 1 course,were recorded before and after treatment in patients with WMFT,FMA,BBS and ADL,the final statistical analysis by SPSS19.00 statistical software,the treatment effect of the two groups were compared,finally draw the conclusion.Results(1)Comparison of Wolf Motor Function index:There was no difference between the two groups in Wolf Motor Function,P=0.418(P>0.05);After treatment,the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved Wolf Motor Function(P<0.01),the results showed that the two groups could play a significant role;Compared with the control group,after treatment,the Wolf Motor Function of the treatment one was better than the control one(P<0.01).(2)Fugl-Meyer function index:there was no difference in Fugl-meyer motor function index between the two groups before treatment.Comparison of two groups of upper limbs,P=0.31,the two groups of lower limbs,P=0.533(P>0.05);After treatment,the two groups of treatment improved the upper limb and lower limb motor function index significantly(P<0.01);after treatment between the two groups,two groups of Fugl-meyer motor function index was statistically significant,P=0.039(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the lower extremity motor function Fugl-meyer(P<0.01).(3)Berg Balance function index: two groups before treatment Berg balance function index showed no difference,P=0.852(P>0.05);in group comparison after treatment,patients with Berg balance function index were improved significantly(P<0.01);comparison between groups after treatment,the treatment group Berg balance function index increased significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).(4)Compared the ADL activity index:two groups of ADL before treatment showed no difference,P=0.432(P>0.05);after treatment in group comparison the patients of ADL were significantly improved(P<0.01);comparison between groups after treatment,the treatment group of ADL were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Stroke rehabilitation unit and acupuncture plus rehabilitation group can improved Wolf motor function and motor disorders Fugl-meyer Motor Function,balance ability and activities of daily living ability after stroke,but the rehabilitation effect of stroke rehabilitation unit was better than that of acupuncture plus rehabilitation group.
