A Preliminary Study On The Material Basis Of The Cold And Hot Blood Stasis By The Typhae Pollen,Persicae Semen And Vaccariae Semen With Neutral Property

Objective:(1)Study on component analysis of water extract of Typhae pollen,Peach kernel and Vaccariae semen by the UPLC-MS technology.Based on the component that were applied to study the constituent of medicine in the cold and hot blood stasis syndrome.(2)A preliminary study on the material basis for regulating different blood stasis syndromes of cold and hot in traditional Chinese medicine with neutral property.Methods:(1)By UPLC-MS technology,to analyze the main chemical components in the aqueous extracts of Typhae pollen,Peach kernel and Vaccariae semen by linking with the retention time of chromatographic peak,mass spectrometry pyrolysis rule and relevant literature information.(2)According to the analytical conditions and administration methods established by the chromatogram of peach kernels in vitro,the characteristics of blood-entering components in rats with different blood stasis syndromes of cold and heat were explored.Results:(1)Study the component analysis of Typhae pollen,Peach kernel and Vaccariae semen.The research shows that there were 15 different compounds in Typhae pollen,12 of them were identified.By the way,15 chemical components were identified from Peach kernel and twenty-four chemical components were identified from the extraction of Vaccariae semen.(2)Through comparing and predicating of extraction,medicated serum and blank serum,the research shows there were seven different compounds in Typhae pollen which could be absorbed the cold blood stasis syndrome in rats and ten different compounds were absorbed the hot blood stasis syndrome.By the same method,eight chemical components were absorbed the cold blood stasis syndrome in rats and ten different compounds were absorbed the hot blood stasis syndrome in Peach kernel.A total of eight compounds were identified in Vaccariae semen in vivo.Moreover,7 components as well as 1 metabolites were identified the hot blood stasis syndrome in rats plasma.The rats plasma of cold blood stasis syndrome were detected six different compounds which came from Vaccariae semen.Conclusion: The blood components of planar drugs were determined under the cold and hot blood stasis syndrome,which provided a basis for studying the material basis of traditional Chinese medicine with neutral property under the cold and hot blood stasis syndrome.
