The Clinical Study On The Efficacy Of Yunan Oral Liquid Combined With Dydrogesterone In The Treatment Of Kidney-deficiency Early Threatened Abortion

ObjectiveIn this study,we studied the clinical efficacy and safety of Yunan oral liquid combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion with kidney deficiency to provided evidence-based medical evidence for the treatment of threatened abortion with this program,and promoted the improvement of integrated chinese and western medicine treatment strategies for threatened abortion.MethodsIn this study,we used a prospective and quasi-randomized controlled trails for comparison.A total of 73 early threatened abortion patients with kidney deficiency treated at the gynecological clinics of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to January 2021 were collected.The patients were quasi-randomized divided into the control group(Dydrogesterone Tablets group)with 36 cases(31 cases were finished)and the test group(Dydrogesterone Tablets+Yunan oral liquid group)with 37 cases(35 cases were finished).After 2 weeks of intervention,we compared the pregnancy maintenance rate,clinical effective rate,TCM syndrome score,RPG,HCG level,hemorrhage/effusion in uterine cavity,and the incidence of adverse reactions.We used SPSS 22.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis on the data,and the difference was statistically significant when P<0.05.Result1.There was no significant difference in the general information,the number of pregnancy and childbirth,the number of adverse pregnancies,TCM syndrome score,PRG,HCG level,the hemorrhage/effusion in uterine cavity of the patients in the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.After 2 weeks of intervention,the pregnancy maintenance rate in the two groups was similar(96.77%in the control group and 97.14%in the test group),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pregnancy maintenance rate in the test group(97.14%)was higher than that in the control group(90.32%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After 2 weeks of intervention,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The total clinical effective rate of the test group(97.14%)was higher than the control group(87.09%),the cure rate of the test group(45,71%)was higher than the cure rate of the control group(29.03%).However,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.After the intervention,the mean PRG levels of patients in the two groups were basically the same as before.There was no significant difference in PRG level between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).5.After intervention,the HCG level of patients in both groups was significantly higher than before.However,there were no significant differences among groups at each gestational age(P>0.05).6.After intervention,TCM syndrome scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased compared with before,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score level of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.After intervention,there was no change in the number of intrauterine hematocele/effusion in the control group,while the number in the test group decreased,but there was no statistical significance in the comparison between the two groups before and after intervention(P>0.05)there was no significant difference in the situation of uterine hematocele/effusion between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).8.There was one mild adverse reaction in the control group,and no adverse reaction in the test group,and there was no statistical significance in the comparison between groups(P>0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in 2 groups during treatment.ConclusionYunan oral liquid combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency has significant curative effect,the total clinical effective rate is higher than only using Dydrogesterone Tablets,and the recovery rate is higher than the group of using western medicine.The clinical symptoms are improved more obviously,which is beneficial to strengthen the long-term curative effect and improve the fetal preservation rate.This treatment regimen can maintain the level of progesterone and significantly improve the level of serum HCG,for promoting the pregnancy maintenance and improving the outcome of pregnancy.It is an effective way to treat early threatened abortion and is worthy of clinical application.
