The Clinical Study Of QingReLiangXueTongLuo Ointment On Hand And Foot Syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Heat Stasis Caused By Anti-tumor Drugs

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of QingReLiangXueTongLuo Ointment against heat stagnation and stasis foot syndrome caused by tumor drugs,and to popularize the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to provide the basis for clinical promotion and application.Methods:using randomized controlled methods,the selection of clinical antitumor drugs caused by heat and qi stagnation and blood stasis type of extremities syndrome cases(n=60),were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group for petroleum jelly brothers(n=30)affected part,the treatment group for heat cool blood know luo creams besmear siblings(n=30)affected part,compare two groups of patients before and after treatment in pain symptoms,the brotherhood of syndrome classification,the classification,the quality of life score,dermatology life quality(DLQI)and TCM syndrome score before and after the treatment of patients,safety and other differences.Results:1.Grade efficacy of hand-foot syndrome:the grade of hand-foot syndrome in both groups decreased to different degrees compared with before,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The remission degree in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.2.Influence on pain degree:there was a statistically significant difference in pain degree distribution between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),and the decrease of pain degree in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,especially in complete relief.3.Influence on physical condition:both groups showed improvement or stability in physical condition,without any decrease.Although the number of improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the number of increase in both groups was not more than 50%,and the increase was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Influence on skin disease quality of life:the score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).5.Effect on TCM symptoms:the treatment group had significant effect on several common symptoms of HFS,and the improvement effect on symptoms such as numbness,swelling,pain,ulceration,peeling,pruritus,skin nail fault,ecchymosis and so on was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).6.During the observation period,there was no obvious skin toxicity or other adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusions:1.QingReLiangXueTongLuo Ointment can effectively reduce the grade of moderate and severe hand-foot syndrome patients,relieve pain,relieve symptoms,especially in mild to moderate..2.QingReLiangXueTongLuo Ointment can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,but the effect on improving the physical condition of patients is not significant,and only maintains stability.3.QingReLiangXueTongLuo Ointment can significantly improve the common manifestations of Qi stagnation,heat stasis type hand and foot syndrome.The curative effect is definite,and the symptoms of numbness,swelling,pain,ulceration,peeling,pruritus,skin nail error and stasis are significantly improved,which is significantly better than the control group.4.QingReLiangXueTongLuo Ointment has no obvious allergic reaction,easy to use,less side effects and good safety.
