Study Of The Correlation Between Chinese Medicine Constitution And Five Evolutive Phases And Six Climatic Changes Of Birth Time Of Children With Asthma

Purpose:According to the collected data of the constitution scale of asthmatic children with birth time containing accurate solar calendar,to explore the correlation between the birth time of five evolutive phases and six climatic changes and the constitution of asthmatic children,to explore the influence of birth time on the formation of congenital constitution,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:160 cases of children with asthma who met the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine were included.The general condition and TCM constitution scale were developed.Questionnaires were conducted to collect the general condition and constitution distribution of children with asthma.And according to the birth time provided by the children to calculate the corresponding year evolutive phase,dominant climatic qi,guest climatic qi,celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth.Use medical statistical software to process the children’s physical fitness and innate evolutive phase data,and analyze the main factors associated with the children’s traditional Chinese medicine physical fitness.Results:1.General information:Among the 160 children with asthma in this study,114 were boys,accounting for 71.3%;46 cases were girls,accounting for 28.7%.The children with asthma were divided into three ages:early childhood(1-3 years old),preschool(4-6 years old),and school age(7-15 years old).Among them,34 children were aged 1-3 years old,accounting for 21.3%.68 children aged 4-6 years,accounting for 42.5%;There were 58 children aged 7-15 years,accounting for 36.3%.There was no statistically apparent discrepancy in gender and age distribution(P>0.05).2.The distribution of TCM constitutions:among the 160 children,15 cases(9.4%)were balanced constitution and 145 cases(90.6%)were biased constitutions.The types of biased constitutions were the inherited special constitution>yang-deficiency physique>yin-deficiency physique>phlegm-dampness physique>qi stagnation physique>dampness-heat physique>blood stasis physique.Among them,there were 44 cases of inherited special constitution(27.5%),38 cases of yang-deficiency physique(23.8%),19 cases of yin-deficiency physique(11.9%),17 cases of phlegm-dampness physique(10.6%),15 cases of qi stagnation physique(9.4%),9 cases of dampness-heat physique(5.6%),and 3 cases of blood stasis physique(1.9%).There was no apparent discrepancy in the distribution of different physique between men and women.As for the distribution of constitution types in all age groups,1-3 years old had the most inherited special constitution and yin-deficiency constitution,4-6 years old had the most yang-deficiency constitution,7-15 years old had the most inherited special constitution,and the difference between age and constitution type distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Time of birth is related:The distribution and difference of evolutive phase at birth time:A maximum of 40 birth date cases were born in the year evolutive phase of wood motion.A maximum of 27 birth date cases were born in the year evolutive phase(too much and too little)of Shao Mu,the following cases were 25 cases(15.6%)in the year phase of Shao Jin,and a minimum of 8 birth date cases were born in the year evolutive phase of Shao Shui.A maximum of 33 birth date cases were born in the host climatic qi of Yang Ming Zao Jin and a minimum of 18 date of birth cases were born in the host climatic qi of Shao Yin Jun Huo.A maximum of 33 birth date cases were born in the guest climatic qi of Jue Yin Feng Mu and a minimum of 19 birth date cases were born in the guest climatic qi of Tai Yin Shi Tu.There were three climates tied for first place with 31 cases each in the celestial manager qi and qi in the earth:Shao Yin Jun Huo-Yang Ming Zao Jin,Shao Yang Xiang Huo-Jue Yin Feng Mu,Yang Ming Zao Jin,and the climates of Tai Yang Han Shui with 18 cases came last.Evolutive phase at birth time and constitution:There was no significant difference in the distribution of year evolutive phase(too much and too little),dominant climatic qi,guest climatic qi,celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth among different constitutions in asthmatic children(P>0.05).4.Correlation of physiqueDistribution and difference between physique and various factors:there was statistical significance in the distribution of inherited special constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and age,celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the distribution of inherited special constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution and gender,year evolutive phase(too much and too little),host climatic qi,guest climatic qi(P>0.05).There is a statistically apparent discrepancy in the distribution of qi stagnation constitution and guest climatic qi(P<0.05),Birth time of Tai Yin Shi Tu most,the Shao Yang Xiang Huo least.There was no statistical significance in the distribution of qi stagnation constitution and age,gender,year evolutive phase(too much and too little),host climatic qi,celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in the distribution of yin-deficiency constitution and age,guest climatic qi(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the distribution of yin-deficiency constitution and gender,year evolutive phase(too much and too little),host climatic qi,celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the distribution of inherited special constitution,yang-deficiency constitution,dampness-heat constitution,blood stasis constitution and age,gender,year evolutive phase(too much and too little),host climatic qi,guest climatic qi,celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth(P>0.05).The distribution of balanced physique,yin-deficiency physique,phlegm-dampness physique and different characteristics were different:yin-deficiency physique was mainly related to age,the age of 4-6 years was 9.481 times that of 1-3 years,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The phlegm-dampness constitution were mainly associate with celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth,and that of Tai Yin Shi Tu was 18.570 times that of Jue Yin Feng Mu in qi in the earth,and that of Yang Ming Zhao Jin was 22.654 times that of Jue Yin Feng Mu in celestial manager qi,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The balanced constitution was mainly associate with age,the age of 4-6 years old was 5.849 times that of 1-3 years old,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The constitution type of children with asthma is closely related to the age distribution,and the age of 4-6 years old is the influencing factor for the formation of balanced constitution and yin-deficiency constitution.The celestial manager qi,and qi in the earth,guest climatic qi of time of birth of children with asthma is related to the formation of qi stagnation constitution and phlegm-dampness.The guest climatic qi of time of birth of children with asthma is Tai Yin Shi Tu is the influencing factor of the formation of qi stagnation constitution.Birth time:the celestial manager qi is Yang Ming Zao Jin,and the qi in the earth is Tai Yin Shi Tu,which are the influencing factors of phlegm-dampness in asthma children.
