| Objective:In this paper,through the case-control study of schizophrenic patients and normal people,through the comparison of their family function and parenting style,as well as the research on the influencing factors of family function and parenting style of schizophrenic patients,it provides a certain theoretical basis for the family treatment of schizophrenic patients in the future.Methods:A case-control study was conducted with a self-made general information questionnaire,family assessment device(FAD)and Egna Minnen av barndoms uppfostran(EMBU),Compared 80schizophrenic invalides who were treated in Qingdao Mental Health Center from September 2019 to September 2020,these people were choosed as the test group,with 80 normal people matched by region,sex ratio and place of residence as the control group.Finally,the general information,parents’information,family function score and family upbringing style score of the study group and the control group were compared.The family function and family upbringing style of the study group were compared with those of the patients with different times of onset,age of onset,course of disease,gender and occupation in the past.The influence of parents’occupation on parenting style was analyzed by variance.The variance analysis of the factorial design of family function was also carried out In the control group,all factors were analyzed by single factor and multi factor regression analysis.Results:(1)The FAD total score and each factor score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);(2)In EMBU,the factors of mother’s excessive interference and over-protection,rejection and denial,and preference were higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),while the score of emotional warmth and understanding,in this facoter the study group was lower than the experimental group(P<0.01).The factors of father’s excessive interference,severe punishment,preference for subjects and overprotection were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the factors of emotional warmth and understanding were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(3)In FAD score of study group,male emotional response was higher than female,and behavioral control factor score was lower than female(P<0.05).(4)In EMBU score of study group,the treations of mother’s emotional warmth and understanding were cheaper than those of women(P<0.05),and the punishment and severity treations were higher than those of women.The treations of father’s emotional warmth and understanding and preference for subjects were cheaper than those of women(P<0.05),and the scores of excessive interference were higher than those of women(P<0.05).(5)Unemployed people scored higher in problem solving,communication and emotion than students,intellectuals,cadres and freelancers(P<0.05).(6)In the influence of schizophrenia parents’occupation on family rearing style,the mother’s excessive interference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the father’s emotional warmth and understanding score was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of excessive interference and overprotection of the mother’s occupation as unemployed was higher than that of other occupations,and the score of emotional warmth and understanding of the father’s occupation as worker was higher than that of other occupations.(7)In terms of family function,group is important elements.The main effect of mother’s education level has influence on communication,and the main effect of father’s education level has influence on behavior control.The interaction between father’s education degree and types has influence on behavior control,while the interaction between mother’s education degree and type has influence on communication.The communication scores of mothers with educational degree of junior school and below are the highest,and the scores of college and above are the lowest(P<0.05).Father’s educational level is that junior high school has the highest behavior control,and college or above has the lowest score(P<0.05).The results showed that the order of factors affecting communication was group(η~2=0.152)>group*mother’s educational level(η~2=0.041).The factors affecting behavior control are group type(η~2=0.244)>group type*father’s cultural degree(η~2=0.021).(8)Single factor analysis showed that all factors of FAD and mother’s emotional warmth and understanding,excessive interference and overprotection,rejection and denial,preference for subjects,and father’s emotional warmth and understanding,excessive interference,severe punishment,preference for subjects and overprotection in EMBU had problems(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The results of multivariate regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in communication and emotion in FAD,mother’s emotional warmth and understanding in EMBU,preference for subjects,father’s emotional warmth and understanding in EMBU,excessive interference,refusal and denial(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Among them,communication and emotion in FAD and mother’s emotional warmth and understanding in EMBU are negatively correlated in the relationship that may cause schizophrenia.In EMBU,mother’s preference for subjects and father’s emotional warmth are positively correlated with understanding,excessive interference and refusal to deny.Conclusion:(1)The family function of schizophrenic patients was worse than that of the control group.(2)The family upbringing style of schizophrenics is low emotional warmth and high excessive interference,which is more prominent in male families.(3)There are gender differences in family function of schizophrenic patients.Male patients are worse than female in emotional response,and female patients are worse than male in behavior control.(4)The occupation of schizophrenic patients affects their family function,and the function of unemployed family is poor.(5)Mother’s educational level affects communication,while father’s educational level affects behavior control.(6)The scores of over intervention and over protection of unemployed mothers of schizophrenics were higher than those of other occupations,and the emotional warmth of working fathers was higher than that of other occupations. |
