| Objective:By comparing the safety of Laparoscopic transperitoneal adrenalectomy(LTA)and Posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy(PRA)in the treatment of adrenal tumor,we could explore the advantages and disadvantages of the two surgical methods to provide references for the selection of surgical plans in clinical practice. Methods:A total of 60 patients with adrenal tumor admitted to the Department of Urology of our hospital from June,2016 to July,2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, they were divided into LTA group and PRA group according to the surgical methods, with 30 cases in each group.LTA was transabdominal approach, while PRA was transperitoneal approach. The safety and efficacy of the two surgical approaches were analyzed by comparing the differences in gender, age, tumor size, tumor side type, tumor type, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative hospital stay between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences in gender, age, tumor side and tumor size between the two groups(P>0.05).LTA group and PRA group had statistical differences in operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time and postoperative discharge time(P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the LTA and PRA groups in tumor types, incidence of postoperative complications and whether to open or not(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with LTA,PRA has shorter operation time, less intraoperative bleeding, shorter postoperative hospitalization, and faster recovery of gastrointestinal function. There was no difference in complication rate and transfer to open surgery between the two groups, they were both safe and reliable. |
