Objective:By retrospective analysis,To understand the epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital calls for help,and provide references for exploring the correlation between pre-hospital calls for help and TCM time medicine,so as to formulate more targeted prevention and treatment measures according to the time.Methods:A total of 9096 patients who were admitted to the pre-hospital calls for help fromFebruary 4,2018 to February 2,2021.The patient names,gender,age,call time,arrival time,disease type,Symptoms and signs were collected,and SPSS23 statistical software wasused for data processing and analysis.Results:1.Among the 9096 pre-hospital calls for help,the top three pre-hospitalcall for helpdiseases respectively were 3610 cases(39.69%)of injury,1168 cases(12.84%)of nervous system diseases,and684 cases(7.52%)of digestive system diseases in 9096 pre-hospital calls for help patients.There were 4871 males and 4225 females.The male to female ratio was 1.15:1.Ages were concentrated between 20 and79 years old.The distribution of different age groups in different diseases has statistical significance.2.The onset of nervous system diseases in ChenShi was significantly higher than other times.The onsetof digestive system diseases in ZiShi was significantly higher than other times,the onset of circulatory system diseases and respiratory system diseases in SiShi was significantly higher than other Times,and them all had significant difference(P<0.05).3.There is no significant difference in death cases at differenttimes.Generally speaking,WuShi and Xushi are higher than other times.4.There was no statistically significant difference in the onset and deathtime in differentseasons and solar terms(P>0.05).Conclutions:Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between February 4,2018 and February 2,2021,there were more male patients than female patients in the pre-hospital call for help,among which injuries were the most common.The high incidence of nervous system disease,digestive system disease,circulatory system disease,and respiratory system disease were in Chenshi,Zishi,Sishi,Sishi,respectively,prompting us to take corresponding prevention and treatment measures according to the characteristics of the disease,so as to reduce the incidence and fatality rate;There is no absolute peak in the time of its onset in the four o’clock solar terms,which reminds us to actively prevent it all year round.
