Purpose:In this study,we observed the effect of "Xing Nao Kai Qiao" acupuncture combined with the "Tiao Shen Qian Yang" acupuncture for the stroke-related insomnia patients on the Pittsburgh sleep quality index,Measure yourself medical outcomes profile,Self-rating depression scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale.Observing the effects of the deep puncture and long-stay needle at "Baihui and Sishencong" on the treatment of stroke-related insomnia and explore the effect of acupuncture on anxiety and depression in patients with stroke-related insomnia. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of stroke-related insomnia, and provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with stroke-related insomnia.Method:The 80 cases in this study were all derived from stroke-related insomnia patients who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October2019 to December 2020,They met the criteria for enrollment, and divide them into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=38)according to the wishes of patients.During the study,2cases fell off from the test group,0 cases fell off from the control group, and 78 cases remained. The control group was acupunctured with "Xing Nao Kai Qiao" acupuncture method, and the observation group was combined with the "Tiao Shen Qian Yang" acupuncture(deep puncture and long-stay needle 0.8-1.0 inch along the skin,5 hours of needle retention at Baihui and Si Shencong)on the basis of the control group.Acupuncture treatment was once a day,and acupuncture treatment was 6 times a week. The trial course of treatment was two weeks. Each patient will be assessed the Pittsburgh sleep quality index,Measure yourself medical outcomes profile,Self-rating depression scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale before, after and during the course of treatment. The collected data were processed by SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software, and p<0.05 was considered statistically different.Result:The baseline data of the two groups of subjects such as gender, age, underlying disease, insomnia,PSQI score, smoking history, drinking history, and sleep aid use were not statistically significant and clinically comparable. The comparison results of observation indicators are as follows:1.PSQI score: After treatment, the PSQI score of the observation group was lower than before(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the control group was also lower than before(P<0.05).After treatment, the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05).2.MYMOP score: The symptoms scores of MYMOP at each evaluation time point showed that the scores of symptoms, activities and overall quality of life of the observation group and the control group showed a downward trend(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the symptom 1,activity and overall quality of life scores in the observation group were compared at the time point after treatment. The observation group had a more significant decline in symptom1,activity and overall quality of life, and it was more meaningful between the groups(P<0.05).Symptom 2 is not meaningful between groups at the time point after treatment(P>0.05).3.SDS score: The SDS scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05);there was a statistical difference between the groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.SAS score: After treatment, the SAS score of the two groups was lower than before(P<0.05);after treatment, there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The "Tiao Shen Qian Yang" acupuncture method can improve the sleep quality of strokerelated insomnia patients and relieve the patient’s anxiety and depression. |
