| Objective: To observe and compare the pain degree and related index of patients with knee osteoarthritis who were randomly divided into two experimental groups,the treatment group and the control group,before treatment,at the end of treatment and two weeks after treatment.The pain degree was measured by visual analogue scale(VAS),and the knee arthritis index was measured by Mc Master University of Western Ontario The index of osteoarthritis scale(WOMAC)was used to analyze the indexes of the two groups by statistical software,and then to determine the curative effect of the two groups,so as to demonstrate that Lingguibafa,one of the four methods of space-time acupuncture,is superior to conventional acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency type,whether at the end of treatment or after a period of treatment.Methods: A total of 72 eligible subjects were selected in strict accordance with the relevant diagnostic,inclusion and exclusion criteria,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with no significant difference in age and gender,36 cases in each group.In the selection of the treatment scheme,the treatment group was treated with the corresponding acupuncture therapy of Linggui eight methods of space-time acupuncture,and the control group was treated with the corresponding time of traditional conventional acupuncture.At the first time point(before treatment),the second time point(at the end of treatment)and the third time point(two weeks after the end of treatment),vas and WOMAC were used to score the relevant research dimensions of the cases in each group,and the collected score results were summarized and analyzed by statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of vas results: before the beginning of treatment,the VAS score was used to evaluate the pain degree of the two groups,and the results showed that there was no significant difference in the VAS score of the two groups;at the end of treatment,the VAS score was used to evaluate the pain degree of the two groups,and it was found that the average vas value of the control group and the treatment group,that is,the corresponding pain degree,was lower than before treatment,And the average score of the treatment group in the vas scale was lower than the average score of the control group;two weeks after the end of treatment,VAS was used again to evaluate the degree of knee pain in the two groups.It was found that the overall pain degree of the control group and the treatment group continued to decrease at the end of treatment,and the average score of the treatment group was lower than the control group.2.WOMAC results comparison: before treatment,there was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups,that is,there was no significant difference in the degree of knee arthritis between the two groups;at the end of treatment,WOMAC was used to evaluate the severity of knee arthritis in the two groups,and it was found that the overall degree of inflammation in the control group and the treatment group was lower than that before treatment,and the average WOMAC score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group Two weeks after the end of treatment,WOMAC was used again to evaluate the degree of knee arthritis in the two groups.It was found that the overall severity of inflammation in the control group and the treatment group continued to decrease at the end of treatment,and the average score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions: the traditional conventional acupuncture method and Lingguibafa can relieve the pain and inflammation of knee osteoarthritis.From the vas and WOMAC scores of the two groups,it can be seen that the therapeutic effect of Lingguibafa is obviously better than that of conventional acupuncture,and the use of Lingguibafa in the treatment of KOA can improve and improve the quality of life of KOA patients This is particularly significant. |
