| Objective:Parents of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)are provided with parent training courses to enable them to carry out rehabilitation training at home.Through research and comparison,the influence of family rehabilitation training and family factors on the effect is analyzed.Methods:A total of 120 ASD children who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.53 cases were enrolled in the observation group and 58 cases in the control group,with the exception of 9 cases who shedding during the experiment,and two groups were measured by the Psycho-Educational Profile for the first time.The observation group received institutional rehabilitation training combined with family rehabilitation training,while the control group only received institutional rehabilitation training without family rehabilitation training.Three months after the intervention,Psycho-Educational Profile were taken again for both groups and the results were collected.SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data,and multiple linear regression was used to further analyze the influence of family rehabilitation training and family factors on the effect.(P < 0.05)was considered statistically significant.Results:After 3 months of intervention,under the influence of balance initial score and other factors,family rehabilitation training played an effective role in emotional expression,social interaction,nonverbal behavior,adaptive behavior and behavior of children with ASD(P < 0.05).Among family factors,older fathers had a positive effect on the improvement of cognition and personal self-care ability(P < 0.05);the higher the mother’s education level,the positive effect of the language behavior and adaptive behavior ability(P < 0.05);marital integrity of parents had a positive effect on the improvement of gross motor activity and personal self-care ability of children with ASD(P < 0.05).In addition,the study also found that children with ASD at younger ages had better social interaction(P < 0.05),older children with ASD showed better improvement in physical fitness(P < 0.05);female children with ASD showed better adaptation improvement(P <0.05).Conclusion:The results showed that the effect of institutional combined with family rehabilitation training was better than that of simple institution rehabilitation training in emotional expression,social interaction,nonverbal behavior,adaptive behavior and behavior.Increased paternal age is associated with improved cognitive and self-care abilities in children with ASD;the higher the mother’s educational background is,the better the language behavior and adaptive behavior ability;parental integrity is associated with improved gross muscle and self-care ability.Increasing the age of children with ASD can improve their physical ability;children with ASD at younger ages are associated with improved social interaction;female children with ASD showed better improvement in adaptation than male children with ASD. |
