Based On The Theory Of "five Internal Organs Interlinked" To Explore The Clinical Observation Of Tuina Intervention In Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage which based on the theory of "Five Internal Organs Communicating" with routine intervention on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)Methods:Forty-four children with autism spectrum disorder were randomly divided into observation group(22 cases)and control group(22 cases).The control group was given routine intervention,including:Applied behavior analysis training,key skills training,music group training,oral training,sensory integration training system courses.Meanwhile,the observation group with routine intervention combined with the "Five Internal Organs Communicating" theory under the guidance of massage program intervention which mainly divided into four steps.Each of the two groups took 30 times as an intervention cycle,and this clinical observation carried out a total of 1 cycle.The efficacy was determined by The Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS)and The Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)Results:After intervention,the symptoms of children with ASD in the observation group and the control group both were improved,and the CARS and ABC scores in the two groups were all lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.82%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.64%,which was statistically significant.Among them,the feeling,communication,life self-care items in the ABC scale,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.01),and the above results were statistically significantConclusion:The effect of routine intervention combined with massage on ASD children is remarkable,which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of ASD children,and can enhance their three abilities of feeling,communication and self-care of life,which has high clinical significance.
