Clinical Observation Of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction In Treatment Of Restless Legs Syndrome

Objective: Treat restless legs syndrome by applying modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction combined with pramipexole hydrochloride tablets to observe its clinical efficacy and compare it with the clinical efficacy of Western medicine alone.It is a comprehensive treatment of restless legs with traditional Chinese medicine in the clinic.The levy provides a certain theoretical basis and diagnosis and treatment ideas.Methods: Taking patients with restless legs syndrome in the Department of Geriatrics of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object,72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group using a small sample and randomized parallel control method.The treatment group was in Western medicine.On the basis of conventional treatment,the patients were treated with modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction,and the control group was treated with western medicine for 2 weeks.Observe the changes in patients’ symptoms and sleep quality,evaluate the Pittsburgh Sleep Scale,the International Restless Leg Syndrome Rating Scale,and the TCM Syndrome Rating Scale,formulate a unified case observation table,and record it as required to determine the clinical efficacy.Results: 1.The gender,age and condition of the two groups of patients were statistically compared and analyzed.The results show that the above differences are not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the information between the above groups is comparable.2.After treatment,the comparison of RLSRS score,PSQI score,and TCM syndrome score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were significant differences in the treatment group(P<0.01),and the comparison in the control group was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57%,and the effective rate of the control group was 84.84%,indicating that the treatment group and the control group can significantly reduce the RLSRS score,PSQI score,and TCM syndrome scores of patients with restless legs syndrome.But the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: After preliminary clinical observation,Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and sleep quality of patients with restless legs syndrome,and it is worthy of being widely promoted in the clinic.
