Hyperlipidemia(HLP)is an abnormal phenomenon of blood lipid levels caused by the disorder of lipid metabolism in the body.Hyperlipidemia is one of the most common diseases,which can cause a variety of cardiovascular diseases,is an important pathogenic factor of atherosclerosis,diabetes,coronary heart disease and other diseases,and poses a threat to human health.The current treatment methods mainly rely on drugs such as simvastatin and fibrates,but these drugs can easily cause dizziness,nausea,diarrhea and other symptoms.In severe cases,they can cause liver tissue failure and even death.Therefore,a natural,safe,and side-effect-free product is needed to prevent and treat diseases.Auricularia delicata(ADe)with excellent and stable traits obtained after domestication.It belongs to the genus Auricularia.Because its appearance and shape are very similar to deer belly,it was named "deer belly ear".ADe is an edible fungus.Its fruit body has a thick texture and a crisp taste.It can be used as a new healthy food variety,and the price is very economical.It also has a variety of medicinal effects,which can improve immunity and regulate resistance.Oxidation and lowering blood lipids have certain therapeutic and preventive effects.However,there are relatively few studies on ADe at present.This topic is mainly to analyze the nutritional components of ADe and further research on ADe’s activity in regulating hyperlipidemia,and provide some new ideas for the treatment and prevention of hyperlipidemia.This topic The main research directions are as follows:According to the titration method,Kjeldahl nitrogen determination and Soxhlet extraction and other determination methods,the content of reducing sugar,crude fiber,total ash,crude protein and crude fat in ADe was determined.The total sugar and total sugar in ADe were determined by spectrophotometry.Saponins,total triterpenes,total sterols,total alkaloids,and total flavonoids were determined.The contents of mannitol and vitamins in ADe were determined by liquid chromatography,and the minerals contained in ADe were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.Elements are determined for composition and content.Experimental analysis shows that ADe contains a variety of nutrients,such as reducing sugar,crude fiber,vitamins and protein,and also contains a variety of mineral elements,such as calcium,iron,zinc,and magnesium.C57BL/6 mice and DIO mouse models were used to study the blood lipid-lowering activity experiment.ADe were used for intragastric administration.The body weight and blood glucose of the mice were measured at a fixed time every week.The test analysis results showed that the ADe can significantly reduce the food intake and drinking water intake of mice,and reduce the body weight and blood sugar value of mice.Through H&E staining,oil red O staining and immunohistochemical methods,the effects of ADe fruiting bodies on the liver,fat and pancreas of high-fat mice were observed.From the experimental results,it can be known that ADe can regulate the liver of the model group of mice.Pathological conditions of organ tissue,adipose tissue and pancreas tissue.ADe can improve and regulate the pathological conditions of liver,fat and pancreas in mice,effectively regulate blood glucose metabolism in mice,reduce the content of sugar Hb A1 C and GC in serum and increase the level of INS in serum.In terms of regulating lipid metabolism,ADe also has a good effect.On the one hand,ADe can reduce the levels of LDL-C and TC and increase the content of HDL-C to achieve the effect of regulating lipid metabolism disorders;on the other hand,It can reduce the level of FFA in serum and the level of resistin in serum and fat,and increase the level of ADPN and LEP in serum and fat,and further improve the lipid metabolism pathway.ADe can regulate the level of inflammatory factor IL-10,alleviate inflammation caused by lipid metabolism disorders,and can also regulate the level of AST and ALT content,effectively reducing the damage of liver organs,thereby protecting the liver.Through the analysis of mouse intestinal flora,it is found that ADe can increase the abundance of marker microorganisms in the mouse intestine,and has a certain relationship with oxidative stress,and can regulate the oxidative stress in mice.Further studies have found that in liver tissue,ADe can increase the levels of GSH-Px,CAT and SOD,and reduce the levels of MDA and ROS;at the protein level,ADe can increase the expression of CAT,SOD1,Nrf2 and HO-1,starting To a certain extent regulate the role of oxidative stress.In summary,we found that the ADe contains a variety of nutrients such as total sugar,reducing sugar,crude protein,vitamins,crude fiber and mineral elements,which can regulate blood glucose metabolism and blood lipid metabolism in the body,and can also regulate the body’s intestines.The richness and composition of the microbial flora in the tract can improve the oxidative stress response in the body,regulate the hyperlipidemia in the body,and achieve the effect of lowering blood lipids.
