Research On The Cooperation Mechanism In The Mode Of Combination Of Medical And Elderly Care In China

Population aging is the product of a country’s economic,political,cultural and social development,and is the inevitable trend of social development.Although the population aging is especially inevitable,it has a huge impact on the national economic,political,cultural and social development.On the macro level,the aging of population is reflected in the change of population structure;on the medium level,it is reflected in the reduction of the proportion of labor force;on the micro level,it is reflected in the need for families and society to invest more resources to solve the problem of providing for the aged.From the end of the 20 th century to the beginning of the 21 st century,China’s aging industry has gone through 20 years.In the past 20 years,the traditional mode of providing for the aged has experienced the transition from family to society.The government,market and society all carry out the innovation of pension mode and the exploration of pension service system.How to make the government,market,society,the public and family work together to contribute to solving the pension problem has become an urgent social problem.In the process of the rapid development of aging,the value of the combination of medical and elderly care has been fully reflected.The essence of the combination of medical and elderly care is a multi-agent cooperation problem,which is to meet the needs of the elderly for medical services and elderly care.The government,market and society,individually or jointly,integrate resources to provide continuous and integrated medical and elderly care services for the elderly.It is difficult to invest all the energy and resources to participate in the supply process of elderly care services because it involves multi-agent forces,and the ability,role and participation power of each subject are not the same,which makes it difficult for the combination of medical and elderly care to release the maximum service efficiency and restricts the formation and growth of the elderly care industry.In order to further promote the practice and development of the combination of medical and elderly care model in China,this study returns to the origin of the combination of medical and elderly care-cooperation,puts forward the concept of cooperation mechanism of the combination of medical and elderly care model,and puts forward four elements of the cooperation mechanism-power mechanism,ability mechanism,incentive mechanism,coordination mechanism,and runs through these elements in the cooperation from construction to implementation This paper discusses the whole process of the mechanism,and defines the role and function of each mechanism.In order to verify the rationality,scientificity and effectiveness of the cooperation mechanism proposed in this study,the middle part of this study takes two cases of combination of medical and elderly care project in C City of J Province as an example to carry out case analysis.In the last part of the study,combined with the relevant theoretical and empirical data,put forward the strategies and methods to promote the cooperation mechanism of the combination of medical and elderly care.
