ObjectiveTo clarify the status of dyadic coping of second-born pregnant women and their spouses, and analyze the influencing factors of dyadic coping and the correlation between these factors of sociodemographic factors, pregnancy pressure, marriage adjustment and other aspects. We aim to provide a reference for the effective identification of subjects that need to be focused on in clinical practice, the development of intervention studies.MethodsConvenient sampling method was used,240 pairs of second-born pregnant women and their spouses who underwent an obstetric examination in a hospital in Dalian from February 2020 to August were selected, and self-designed general situation questionnaire,Pregnancy Pressure Scale,Dyadic Coping Inventory,General Self-Efficacy Scale,Short Marital Adjustment and Prediction Test were used. The SPSS24.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, the measurement data was analyzed between groups by paired t test, and the count data was analyzed between groups by chi-square test. The logistic regression equation was used to analyze the main influencing factors of binary coping of second-born pregnant women and their spouses. The test standard is α=0.05,P<0.05 as statistically significant.Results1.The total score of dyadic coping for pregnant women with a second child was(115.0±15.8),and the total score of dyadic coping for spouses was(114.2±17.7).2.The second-born pregnant woman and her spouse communicate in their own stress(t=5.078,P<0.01),authorize their response(t=2.781,P<0.01),communicate with perceived stress(t=-2.411,P<0.05)and self-efficacy(t=-3814,P<0.01)and pregnancy pressure(t=-1.989,P<0.05)scores are different;in self-supporting coping(r=0.139,P<0.05),self-negative coping(r=0.209),P<0.01),perceived negative coping(r=0.157,P<0.05),perceived authorization coping(r=0.251,P<0.01),coping with perception(r=0.295,P<0.01),and self-efficacy(r=0.242,P<0.01),pregnancy pressure(r=0.341,P<0.01),marriage debugging(r=0.154,P<0.05)scores were related, and all were positively correlated.3.The dyadic coping of second-born pregnant women is significantly positively correlated with their own self-efficacy(r=0.400,P<0.01)and marriage adjustment(r=0.247,P<0.01);and their own pregnancy pressure(r=-0.170,P<0.01)showed a significant negative correlation;and the marriage adjustment of his spouse(r=0.165,P<0.05)showed a positive correlation.4.The self-efficacy,marital adjustment, education level of their spouses, and perceived negative coping of second-born pregnant women are the main predictors of second-born pregnant women’s dyadic coping.Conclusion1.The dyadic coping status of second-born pregnant women and their spouses is at a moderate level, and there is a certain risk of coping disorders.2.The dyadic coping level of second-born pregnant women is correlated with self-efficacy,marriage adjustment and pregnancy pressure.Among them,it is positively related to self-efficacy and marriage adjustment;negatively related to pregnancy pressure.3.Pregnant women’s self-efficacy,marriage adjustment, spouse’s education level and perceived negative coping are all influencing factors of dyadic coping for second-born pregnant women.Among them, pregnant women’s self-efficacy,marital adjustment and spouse’s education are positive predictors;spouse’s perceived negative coping is negative predictor.4.In the future, the nursing of second-born pregnant women should be considered from the dual perspective of pregnant women and their spouses. |
