Obcective: According to the current status of treatment, this project comprehensively and objectively evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of refractory Hp infection(stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach)through clinical observations. Methods: From January to December 2020,patients who were in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and were eligible for refractory Hp infection(Stagnation of Liver and Stomach Syndrome)were randomly allocate two groups with 36 people in each group. The treatment group was given oral administration(rabeprazole sodium + bismuth potassium citrate + amoxicillin clavulanate potassium + furazolidone + Yuejulianying decoction),and the control group was given oral administration(rabeprazole sodium + bismuth potassium citrate + amoxilin clavulanate potassium + furazolidone),recheck the urea breath test one month after the treatment, record the Hp test results before and after the treatment, the TCM symptom score, etc.the next step is to perform statistical analysis on the observed indicatorsResult:1.Comparison of Hp negative conversion rate: After treatment, the Hp negative conversion rate(84.85%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(62.5%),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).2.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group(96.97%)is better than that of the control group(87.5%),and there is a significant statistical difference(P<0.01).3.Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes: In comparison between groups and groups, the total scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before(P<0.05).4.Comparison of individual symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine:Compared within the group, the two treatments can improve the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the patient(P<0.05);comparison between the groups shows that the stomach is full of stuffiness, irritability, belching, and stool. There was a statistical difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group;there was no statistical difference in the efficacy of gastric pain, dry mouth, bitter mouth, pantothenic acid, and insomnia(P>0.05).5.Adverse reactions: In clinical application of antibiotics, bismuth agents, proton pump inhibitors and other drugs, special attention should be paid to the adverse reactions of patients, early detection and early treatment. There were no obvious adverse events during the treatment of the two groups, and they were clinically safe and effective. Conclusion: Western medicine standard bismuth quadruple therapy combined with Yuejulianying decoction in the treatment of refractory Hp infection(stagnation of heat in the liver and stomach)can significantly increase the eradication rate, syndrome differentiation and treatment, and improve the clinical symptoms and reduce adverse drug reactions. On the one hand, clinical application is safe and effective, and it is an alternative route for patients with refractory Hp infection.
