| Objective:To observe the symptoms and signs of Chinese medicine and the improvement of esophageal mucosa under gastroscopy in the treatment of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type reflux esophagitis by the empirical prescription "Jiang Fu Anti-acid Decoction" prepared by my instructor Jiang Liyun,so as to understand the clinical efficacy and guide the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of this disease.Methods: Strictly according to the criteria,this study into the clinic and the ward of a total of 72 patients with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency RE to random number table method is divided into experimental group and the control group,36 cases of patients with oral Chinese medicine with acid suppression ginger soup treatment,daily temperature after the meal,3 times a suit in a 300 ml,36 patients,oral medicine panxi tora azole sodium enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride treatment,1 times a day,taking time for eight weeks,after the experiment observation and record before and after treatment the two groups of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine integral,endoscopic esophageal mucosa improvement points,ultimately through statistical methods for the analysis of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with acid suppression ginger soup clinical curative effect for the treatment of the disease.Results: In the course of this clinical study,65 patients were included,including 5patients in the treatment group and 2 patients in the control group.The data and data collected in this study were analyzed and processed by statistical software,and the research results were as follows: there was no significant statistical difference in age and gender between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.In terms of curative effect of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10%,which was significantly higher than that of thecontrol group(38.24%).After treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group in terms of TCM syndromes and signs was better than that of the control group and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of endoscopic efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 77.42%,which was 50.00% higher than that of the control group.The improvement of esophageal mucosa under endoscopy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of safety indicators,there was no abnormality in blood routine,liver and kidney function of patients in the two groups during the whole clinical trial.No adverse reactions were observed in the subjects collected in this trial,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The improvement of esophageal mucosa under endoscopy was evaluated.Finally,the clinical efficacy of Jiangfu Zhicai Tang in treating this disease was analyzed by statistical methods.Conclusion: The empirical prescription "Jiang Fu Anti-acid Decoction" prepared by my instructor Jiang Liyun has a significant effect on the treatment of RE of spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type,which can better improve the TCM symptoms and signs of patients,and can effectively repair the esophageal mucosa with good safety,and is worthy of further clinical promotion. |
