Study On Mechanism Of The Clinical Study On Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis(Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Due To Spleen Deficiency) With Modified Huanglian Decoction

Objective:This subject is a clinical study on the treatment of RE（syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency）with Huanglian Decoction to verify the superiority,effectiveness and safety of the treatment of RE with TCM,thereby enriching clinical experience.Methods:All patients were from the Outpatient Department of Liver,Spleen and Stomach Diseases,Affiliated Hospital of CCUCM and Metabolism and Gastroenterology of the 3^rdAffiliated Hospital of CCUCM.72 cases of RE syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency)patients into two groups by random number table method,each with 36cases;the control group was given oral Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Capsules.The treatment group was treated with modified Huanglian decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment courses is all 4 weeks.The recorded data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software and the conclusions were drawn.Results:（1）According to statistics,there are 34 patients in each group completed clinical trials.After a course of treatment,comparing curative effect of symptom of TCM,there were 34 cases in the treatment group.The effective rate is 91.18%.In the control group,there were 34 cases.The effective rate was 82.35%.Two groups of TCM syndrome integral by the statistical analysis to know p=0.019﹤0.05,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.（2）In the comparison of the efficacy of mucosal inflammation under gastroscopy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.35%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 61.76%.According to statistical analysis,p=0.033﹤0.05,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:According to data statistics,it is concluded that Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric Capsules combined with modified Huanglian decoction has a significant effect in treating RE（syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency）,which can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,esophageal mucosal inflammation and increases the patient’s quality of life.The traditional Chinese medicine used in this topic has good safety.This topic provides a more effective treatment plan for the clinical treatment of RE（syndrome of dampness-heat due to spleen deficiency）.
