Study On Experience Of Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rules Of Professor Liu Bailing In Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective: Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform V2.5,this paper analyzes Professor Liu Bailing ’ s medication experience in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),so as to enrich the diagnosis and treatment plan of lumbar disc herniation based on the experience of Professor Liu Bailing,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide reference for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this study,306 cases of medical records diagnosed as lumbar disc herniation in the outpatient department of Professor Liu Bailing,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,were collected.Unsupervised data mining methods such as association rules and complex system entropy clustering were used to analyze the medical records and prescriptions of Professor Liu Bailing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.The use frequency of various drugs in the prescriptions and the association rules between drugs were counted,and the medication rules of Professor Liu Bailing in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation were summarized and analyzed.Result: Data mining statistics of 306 cases of medical records show that the distribution of gender and age is : 100 cases of male patients in medical records,accounting for 32.68 %;There were 206 female patients,accounting for 67.32 %;The oldest was 85 years old,and the youngest was 18 years old.The most patients were 60-70 years old(28.1 %).The core symptoms are : low back pain,fatigue,moss thin white,pale tongue,lower limb pain,increased after fatigue,numbness,heavy,etc.The analysis of 306 prescriptions showed that the commonly used drugs for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by Professor Liu Bailing were Jixueteng,Duzhong,Yanhusuo,Sharen,Niuxi,Gouji,Fuzi,Danshen,Rougui and Gusuibu.The distribution of medicinal properties and flavors is : the application of warm drugs is the highest,followed by cold drugs and flat drugs;The proportion of sweet medicine is the highest,followed by bitter medicine and pungent medicine;The meridian mainly belongs to the liver and kidney meridians.Four potential drug combinations and two new prescriptions were mined by complex entropy clustering method.Conclusion: Professor Liu Bailing has unique and rich experience in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Reinforcing kidney and strengthening bone,eliminating evil and removing arthralgia as the therapeutic principle;The application of drugs to the liver and kidney meridian is the most,and pay attention to the maintenance of the spleen and stomach of the middle energizer.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat,and the medicinal flavor is mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the key is nourishing kidney and strengthening bone,tonifying liver and Yingjin,and removing pathogenic factors and removing obstruction.
