Study On The Characteristics Of Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated By Old Chinese Medicine Based On Data Analysis

Objective:In this study,the symptoms and medications on Lumbar Disc Herniation from clinical treatment of Professor Wang Guobinwere analyzed,reveals the basic card type,the key points of syndrome differentiation of the disease,medication characteristic and the correlation between the symptoms and medications,and summarizes the characteristics of syndromes and medications finally provides objective as well as scientific basis and new ideas for Lumbar Disc Herniation by TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods: The database was established with Excel software,and reviewed with the secondary entry.Through the frequency analysis and index clustering analysis of TCM symptoms,the primary and secondary symptoms of Lumbar Disc Herniation syndromes were sorted out,and the key points of syndrome differentiation were determined with the factor analysis of them.And through the frequency analysis and index clustering analysis of traditional chinese medicine,the rules and characteristics of using medicines were summed up that Professor Wang Guobin treated Lumbar Disc Herniation.Result: 1.Through the frequency analysis and index clustering analysis of the 56 symptoms,the top 10 symptoms with the high frequency were summarized as follows: aggravated by labor,feeble pulse,replete pulse,mental fatigue and lack of strength,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,white coating of tongue,aching pain,deep pulse,day serious and night light,fatigue.Through the clustering analysis and the factor analysis of 56 symptoms,the key differentiation points of the four types of Lumbar Disc Herniation syndromes were summarized as follows: the main symptoms of Qi stagnation and blood stasis with dampness-heat syndrome of the disease were sore refused to press,the sublingual veins of dark purple,vexation,distending pain of waist,rapid pulse,edginess and irritability;the main symptoms of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome of it were the skin with cold feeling,hands and feet with icy-cold feeling,fear of cold,waist with cold feeling,loose stools / diarrhea,serious condition both day and night,waist tightening,frequent urination;the main symptoms of liver-kidney deficiency predisposed to Qi deficiency were feeble pulse,mental fatigue and lack of strength,weakness of four limbs,fatigued waist,deep pulse;the main symptoms of liver-kidney deficiency with phlegm-wet syndrome of it were dark pale tongue,waist with dull pain,enlarged tongue / teeth-marked tongue,persistent pain,lower limbs aching and limp.2.According to the frequency analysis of traditional chinese medicine,the top 10 medicines with the high frequency were: Safflower,Chinese angelica,Prepared Rehmannia Root,Eucommia Bark,Milkvetch Root,Deer-Horn Glue,Cibot Rhizome,Medicinal Cyathula Root,Himalayan Teasel Root from China Sichuan,Cinnamon Bark.The meridian tropism of these medicines were mainly in the liver meridian,followed in the kidney meridian,once again in the spleen meridian.There were warm(53%),moderate(ping)(29%),heat(2%)and cooler(2%)in the four properties of them.They were mainly pungent,bitter,sweet,and the least astringent in five flavors.In the view of the efficacy of traditional chinese medicine,the most frequent frequency were tonifying medicinal,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinal,wind-dispelling and dampness-eliminating medicinal,qi-regulating medicinal and dampness-draining diuretic medicinal.Conclusion:Professor Wang Guobin diagnoses and treats the Lumbar Disc Herniation on the basis ofliver and kidney,especially emphasising on the role of spleen,at the same time,he is good at grasping the main symptoms and dialectical points;about the treatment and medications,he advocates to treat the liver,spleen and kidney equally,and gives priority to use the medications with the property of Xin Wen.
