Objective: Through the study of patients with diabetic nephropathy in the microalbuminuria stage in our hospital, the general information distribution and the distribution of TCM syndromes of the patients with diabetic nephropathy in the micro-microalbuminuria stage in our hospital were analyzed to provide references for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease. Methods:Select patients who attended the endocrine clinic and treatment area of our hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 for screening, and collect information through the scale for patients who meet the inclusion criteria. The method of double entry is adopted to import the data into SPSS23.0 for analysis, the frequency and percentage analysis for general data, and the cluster analysis and factor analysis for the four-diagnosis data of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.Among the 120 patients in this survey, the male to female ratio was about1.61:1.Patients whose age of onset is 50-60 years old accounted for 36.7% of the total number.Patients with diabetes within 7 years accounted for 46.7% of the total number. The number of patients with substandard weight accounted for 70% of the total number.Patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy accounted for 69.2% of the total number.Patients with coronary heart disease accounted for 26.7% of the total number.Patients with cerebral infarction accounted for 25% of the total number.Patients with hypertension accounted for54.2% of the total number.2.The most frequent symptoms in this survey included dry mouth, fatigue, palpitations, chest tightness, numbness of the limbs, blurred vision, thirst and preference for drinking, insomnia and dreaminess. The more frequent tongue and pulse include dark red tongue, white greasy coating, slippery pulse string, white coating, and short pulse.3.Cluster analysis results: The first category: fatigue, frequent nocturia, loose stools, shortness of breath, lazy speech, palpitations, chest tightness, blurred vision, numbness, limb pain, dizziness, dark red tongue, suggesting that the disease is in the spleen, kidneys, heart, disease Due to qi deficiency, yang deficiency, and blood stasis; The second category:dry mouth, thirsty drink, frequent urination, white and greasy coating, string slippery pulse, the disease is located in the lungs and kidneys, the disease is Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, phlegm turbidity; The third category: dry stool, narrow veins, the disease is in the large intestine, and the disease is yin deficiency; The fourth category: upset, irritability, spontaneous sweating, white fur,the disease is in the heart and liver, and the disease is Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency, and turbid phlegm.Factor analysis revealed 4 deficiency syndromes, namely Yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Spleen and Kidney Qi deficiency syndrome, and Yang deficiency syndrome. The 2empirical evidences were Phlegm-turbidity syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.4.According to the classification of 120 patients with syndromes,14 patients with yin deficiency and dry heat, accounting for 11.7% of the total number of patients,92 patients with deficiency of both qi and yin, accounting for 76.7% of the total number,12 patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,accounting for the total number of patients 10% of patients,2 patients with Yang deficiency syndrome, accounting for 1.7% of the total number.Conclusion:1.This study suggests that the disease is more common in middle-aged and elderly men,the course of diabetes is shorter, and the number of people up to the standard weight is small. Most of the patients have cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or diabetic neuropathy.2.In this study, the statistics of the four diagnosis information showed that the disease is located in the kidney, spleen, heart, lung, liver, large intestine and other organs. The main diseases are deficiency of qi,deficiency of yin, turbid phlegm, and blood stasis.3.Using cluster analysis and factor analysis methods to analyze the data of the four diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine,it is concluded that six types of syndromes of qi and yin deficiency, spleen and kidney qi deficiency, yin deficiency and dry heat syndrome, yang deficiency syndrome, phlegm turbidity syndrome, and blood stasis syndrome during the microalbuminuria stage of diabetic nephropathy A syndrome.4.The analysis of the included patients showed that the TCM syndromes of the patients with diabetic nephropathy in the microalbuminuria stage are both deficiency and excess. The deficiency syndrome is mainly deficiency of both qi and yin, followed by deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,deficiency of yin and dryness and heat, and less phlegm;Blood stasis is the most common solid pathological factor, and blood stasis runs through the disease.
