Clinical Study Of Wenxinyihao In Treating Cardiac Neurosis (Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin With Blood Stasis)

Objective :Objective: to analyze the curative effect of Wenxin No.1 formula in treating cardiac neurosis through clinical trial,and provide a new thought and approach for treating cardiac neurosis with TCM.Methods: a total of 72 patients with the syndrome of blood stasis due to deficiency of both qi and yin in cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into a control group(36 cases)and a control group(36 cases),in the test group,Wenxin 1 was given orally(the medicine was provided by the granule pharmacy of the first hospital affiliated to the Changchun University of Chinese Medicine)twice a day(150ml each time)and in the morning and evening,in the control group,Oryzanol(10mg/tablet,Guangdong Hengjian Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.)was given 20mg/time,3 times a day(1 in the morning,1 in the middle and 1 in the evening)for 4 weeks.Through the observation of clinical manifestations before and after treatment,test data were obtained,and the test data were analyzed and processed to evaluate the test results.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed through the experiment.Results: before the experiment,the scores of age,sex,TCM symptom,SSS and Hama of the two groups were compared.There was no statistical significance(p > 0.05).After treatment,the two groups before and after treatment,the comparison between groups,TCM symptom scores,psychological questionnaire scores(SSS score,Hama score)were statistically significant(p < 0.05).The scores of TCM symptom,SSS and Hama were higher in the experimental group than in the control group.Conclusion: the addition and subtraction recipe of “Wenxin No.1”can reduce the score of TCM symptoms,can reduce the score of SSS and Hama,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cardiac neurosis(deficiency of both Qi and yin),and the effect is better than oryzanol..The characteristic treatment of TCM for cardiac neurosis has unique advantages and high safety,which expands the clinical thinking of treating cardiac neurosis based on syndrome differentiation.
