The Reseach Of Predictive Value Of TCM Syndromes Characteristics Of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Before And After Chemotherapy To Effect Of Chemotherapy

Objective:To understand the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with acute myelogenous leukemia（AML）before and after chemotherapy,and explore the predictive effect of different TCM syndromes on curative effect of chemotherapy.Methods:This topic adopts the method of an observational clinical study,select patients 52 cases who were diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia and received routine chemotherapy,collected the clinical manifestations according to the clinical syndromes observation table at the day0 of chemotherapy and the first day after chemotherapy,and determined the TCM syndrome types.Analysis of the characteristics of TCM syndrome type distribution before and after chemotherapy,Analyzed the distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome before and after chemotherapy,Analyzed the distribution of TCM syndrome types of curative effect According to the efficacy evaluation criteria.Results:1.there are 52 patients were included,there were 26 males and 26 females,the minimum age was 43 years old,the maximum age was 78 years old,the average age was 63.04+12.15 years old.2.The distribution of TCM Syndrome Types:There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types between lung-spleen qi deficiency and liver-kidney yin deficiency before and after chemotherapy(χ_（5）2=13.30,p=0.021<0.05).There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types between yin deficiency and yang deficiency before and after chemotherapy(χ²_（2）=7.366,p=0.025<0.05).3.There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome types between yin deficiency and yang deficiency in chemotherapy efficacy(χ²_（2）=6.91,p=0.03<0.05).4.There was no significant correlation between chemotherapy regimen and curative effect(χ_（12）2=19.87,p=0.07>0.05),There was no significant correlation between diagnosis and TCM syndrome type before chemotherapy(χ²_（20）=25.48,p=0.18>0.05).Conclusion:1.The TCM syndromes of AML patients were mainly lung-spleen qi deficiency and yang-deficiency before chemotherapy,After chemotherapy,the liver-kidney yin deficiency and yin deficiency were more in the distribution.2.In the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy,the effective rate of yang-deficiency was better than yin-deficiency,it has reference value for clinical treatment of AML.
