| Objective To observe the liver function,blood lipid,TCM symptom score and CAP value of MAFLD patients with hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency and moisture resistance which treated by Jiawei Tiaozhi Decoction,and evaluate the clinical efficacy.Method Sixty cases of MAFLD with hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency and moisture resistance were selected from April 2020 to January 2021 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into control group,treatment group,30 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment.Based on that,control group were treated with Essentiale orally(2 tablets,3 times/day),treatment group with Jia Wei Decoction orally(200ml/bag,lbag each time,twice/day).The course of treatment took three months.After treatment,the changes of liver function,blood lipid,CAP value,and TCM symptom score were observed and recorded so as to compare the clinical effect between two groups.Results 1.After treatment,the liver function indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment,the blood lipid levels were improved in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing TG and LDL levels(P<0.05).The two groups had no statistacal significance in improving TC and HDL(P>0.05).3.Both groups can significantly reduce the CAP value(P<0.01),while there was no significant difference between the two groups.The curative effect was similar(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 96.67%,which was much better than that in the control group(70.00%,P<0.01).Conclusion Jiawei Tiaozhi Decoction can significantly improve liver function,blood lipid level,CAP value and TCM symptoms of MAFLD patients with hepatic stagnation and spleen deficiency and moisture resistance,which has definite clinical efficacy. |
