Objective:To study the clinical characteristics of pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:All PTE patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from June 2012 to December 2018 were enrolled. All patients who did not meet the criteria were excluded.107 PTE patients in the middle and high risk group were selected for the study.According to the results of polysomnography,54 patients were divided into PTE combined with OSA group and 53 patients with PTE not combined with OSA group. The general clinical data and PSG results of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:1.There were no significant differences in gender, smoking history, diabetes mellitus history, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease history, platelet, average platelet volume, longest pause time, international standardized ratio, prothrombin time and partial prothrombin time between the two groups. There were significant differences in age, hypertension rate, pulmonary hypertension rate, body mass index(BMI),C-reactive protein(CRP),partial pressure of oxygen(Pa O2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(Pa CO2),D-dimer,fibrinogen(FBG)and the number of pulmonary segments accumulated by pulmonary embolism between the two groups(P<0.05).2.The average oxygen saturation,AHI and minimum oxygen saturation of the two groups were compared.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.Multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that hypertension,BMI,CRP,PCO2and FBG were independent risk factors, while the lowest oxygen saturation was protective factor.Conclusion:1.OSA patients are prone to PTE,and there is a certain correlation between them.OSA may affect the occurrence and development of PTE.2.Hypertension,BMI,CRP,PCO 2and FBG are independent risk factors.
