| Objective:To explore the relationship between periodontitis and renal function in middle and young people in Zawa Township and the present situation of periodontal in the young and middle-aged population.Method: 1.Through the epidemiological survey of Zawa Township in Moyu county from 2007 to 2018,the database of healthy people was established and 30561 people were included.a total of 319 patients with chronic kidney disease from 2013 to 2018 were selected and divided into three groups: improved renal function group,stable renal function group and progressive renal function group.2.884 eligible young and middle-aged people(18-59 years old)in 2018 were selected and divided into periodontitis group and healthy control group for comparison,so as to further understand the current situation of periodontitis among young and middle-aged people in Zawa Township in 2018,and analyze the risk factors of periodontitis.Result:(1)Periodontitis is closely related to chronic kidney disease.Mild and moderate periodontitis may lead to the progress ion of renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease.The probability of renal function progression in periodontitis group was 1.587 times higher than that in non periodontitis group.(2)Age,smoking,BMI and uric acid were the risk factors of periodontitis in middle-aged and young people in Zawa township.Conclusion:Periodontitis is closely related to the progress of renal function.The awareness of oral health among young and middle-aged people in Zawa township of Moyu county is weak,and the prevalence of periodontitis is high. |
