| Objective:The 16 Sr DNA high-throughput sequencing technology was used to compare the characteristics and differences of the dental plaque microbial community structure between the oral healthpopulation and the chronic periodontitis patients,between the periodontitis patients with different degrees,between the hypertension combined with periodontitis group and periodontitis group.Method:Dental plaque samples were collected from oral health people,chronic periodontitis and hypertension with periodontitis patientsin Moyu county.Diversity and community structure of dental plaque microorganism were analyzed by Illumina Miseq high-throughput sequencing technology.Results:(1)The abundance of dental plaque microorganism in periodontitis group were higher than those in oral health group(P < 0.05).The abundance of Bacteroidetes、Spirochaetes、Prevotella、Selenomonas、Treponema、Catonella and Dialisterin the periodontitis group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group,while the abundance of Actinobacteria 、 Neisseria,Granulicatella,Haemophilus and Cardiobacteriumwere higher in health(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the microbial richness index of dental plaque among mild,moderate and severe periodontitisgroups(P>0.05).uncultured_Prevotellaceae_bacteriumin mild periodontitis group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups.Treponema_socranskii、Actinomyces_viscosus、uncultured_Selenomonas_sp、Actinomyces_sp_oral_clone_IP081 in severe periodontitis group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the richness index betweenthe hypertension combined with periodontitis group and periodontitis group(P>0.05).Candidatus Saccharibacteria 、 Ruminococcaceae 、 Desulfomicrobiaceae 、Desulfomicrobium、Desulfomicrobium orale、Prevotella sp oral taxon 304、Treponema sp_oral taxon 517、Treponema sp canine oral taxon 198、Firmicutes oral clone BB124 in the hypertension combined with periodontitis group were significantly higher than those of the periodontitis group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The dental plaque microbial community structure in Moyu County was different between the healthy oral population and the chronic periodontitis population,between the periodontitis population of different degrees,between the hypertension combined with periodontitis population and the periodontitis population. |
