Objective:We explored the effect of microinflammation on the blood lipid levels of hypertensive people in rural areas of southern Xinjiang, and applied 16 S r DNA sequencing technology to identify the biodiversity of periodontal microorganisms in hypertensive people.Method:From August to September 2018,199 people who took health check-ups in Zawa Township Health Center,Moyu County,Xinjiang were selected as the research subjects to detect their TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,IL-6,hs-CRP.At the same time,16 S r DNA sequencing was used for microbial diversity analysis.Result:(1)The BMI level of the H group and HP group was higher than that of the HC group and P group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in the HP group were higher than those in the HC group and the P group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The levels of IL-6 and hs-CRP in the HP group were higher than those in the HC group,H group and P group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The IL-6 in the study population was significantly positively correlated with TG levels and negatively correlated with HDL-C levels(P<0.05).hs-CRP was significantly positively correlated with TG,TC,LDL-C and BMI levels(P<0.05).(5)Alpha diversity analysis: The diversity of oral bacteria in people with hypertension was less than that in healthy controls, and there was a significant difference in Simpson index(P<0.05).(6)Lefse analysis:Under the genus level difference, the relative abundance of Sphaerochaeta,Acinetobacter,Pseudoramibacter,Pyramidobacter, and Bifidobacterium was higher among hypertensive people. Conclusion:Chronic periodontitis caused a significant increase in inflammatory cytokines in hypertensive individuals. And Inflammatory factors would participate in lipid metabolism disorder, damage arterial endothelial cells, increase peripheral vascular resistance, and aggravate hypertension.Compared with the healthy control group, the oral microbial diversity of the hypertensive group was reduced, and they were more susceptible to chronic periodontitis than the control group, this may be related to the changes in the oral microbial composition of the hypertensive group.
