Application Of Tension-free Suture Technique In Wound Repair After Resection Of Benign Facial Skin Tumor

Objective: To observe the application effect of tension-free suture technique in skin defect repair after resection of facial benign tumor.Methods: Collected in December,2020 to October 2018,xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital plastic surgery,127 patients with benign tumor of facial skin as the research object,according to facial skin benign facial skin defect after resection of the tumor size,position and skin sags to choose the right means of repair,to ensure that can be carried out without tension suture of the skin.Dressings were changed the next day after surgery,and the operative area was kept clean and dry.Drugs to prevent scar hyperplasia were given about one week after suture removal,and the therapeutic effect was followed up through outpatient department,telephone or We Chat.Results: In 127 patients,144 cases of facial skin benign tumor resection,after the plastic surgery without tension suture,postoperative Ⅰ healing,subtle follow-up found that most of the patients with incision scar,no recurrence,no pigmentation,no obvious scar hyperplasia,does not appear the deviation of eyelid ectropion,spat deformity,nose pull deformation,achieve satisfactory cosmetic effect.Sixty-two patients were treated with direct stratified suture,of which 59 cases were evaluated as excellent(95.16%)and 3 cases as good(4.83%).Postoperative satisfaction was 100%.Local flap transfer was performed in 81 cases,and all the flaps survived.Among them,59 cases were evaluated as excellent(72.84%),19 cases as good(23.46%),3 cases as average(3.70%),and the postoperative satisfaction was 97.53%.Free skin grafting was performed in 1 case,and the skin grafts survived without scar contracture or local tissue pulling deformation.The postoperative efficacy was assessed as average.Conclusion: After the removal of facial benign tumor,skin defects should be repaired by a suitable closing method without tension.It has the advantages of no obvious scar and high patient satisfaction,which can ensure the cosmetic effect after the facial skin defect is closed.
