| Clinical studies have shown that rehabilitation exercise is the main treatment method for stroke patients during the rehabilitation period.However,China’s rehabilitation medical resources are relatively scarce and unevenly distributed.Patients lack effective guidance and supervision of medical staff in the subsequent rehabilitation process,and their compliance is poor.In response to the above problems and the needs raised by the School of Nursing of Zhengzhou University,the project team designed and implemented a home rehabilitation exercise system for stroke patients,so as to meet the needs of patients’ home rehabilitation exercise with guidance,supervision and records.The system is divided into three parts: video recognition,voice recognition and patient service.The video recognition subsystem provides action recognition algorithms to judge the patient’s exercise action and completion degree.The voice recognition subsystem provides technical support for the system’s human-computer interaction.The work of this paper: The home rehabilitation exercise service subsystem for stroke patients is the core subsystem of the rehabilitation exercise system.On the one hand,the system is responsible for integrating the motion recognition technology with the patient’s unique needs,and the organization and management of the data communication between the three subsystems in the rehabilitation exercise system.On the other hand,it realizes the functions of setting up the patient’s exercise plan,detecting the exercise ability,monitoring the process of rehabilitation exercise,displaying the historical exercise data and establishing the rehabilitation community.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Through the use of multiple requirements collection methods to investigate the problem,determine the system goals and solutions,and establish use case diagrams,use case texts,flowcharts and domain models to conduct demand analysis and description.(2)Analyzed and determined the system’s network structure,level construction and module division.Establish database conceptual model,physical model and system object model,and completed the high level design.(3)Analyzed the detailed interaction process of each object involved in the use case scenario over time,as well as the object structure and the relationship between them,and detailed designed models such as sequence diagrams and class diagrams were produced.Used Java Web and Android technologies to develop the system.(4)In response to the large amount of data generated during the patient’s exercise process,we explored the application process of the decision tree algorithm,and unearthed the key factors affecting the quality of rehabilitation exercise and their relationship rules.This subsystem has been tested internally by the nursing college of Zhengzhou University and it can better meet the needs of users.It provides a set of scientific guidance,implementation,monitoring and recording programs for the rehabilitation exercise process of stroke patients in the home scene,opens up the "patient-family-medical staff" interaction system to intelligently assist patients in rehabilitation exercises.It solves the problem of poor patient compliance to a certain extent. |
