Observation Study Of Bushen Zengmei Recipe On Infertility Patients With Thin Endometrium

Objective:Through retrospective study,the influencing factors and pregnancy of Bushen Zengmei Recipe in the treatment of thin endometrium infertility were observed to provide multiple therapeutic approaches for thin endometrium infertility patients.Method:This topic selected 133 patients with thin endometrium and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the TCM clinic of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018,as the research object.Through outpatient or telephone follow-up,the original data were recorded,and the data were divided by SPSS20.00 statistical software.Results:(1)98 cases were followed up,35 cases were lost,31 cases were pregnant and 68 cases were not pregnant.(2)Age analysis showed that the most pregnant women were 20-30 years old,accounting for20.4%.Among the non-pregnant patients,the patients aged 31-40 years were the most,accounting for 33.7%.By t test,P = 0.294,there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3.Treatment choice analysis: among pregnant patients,only oral tonifying kidney and increasing membrane prescription was the most,accounting for 20.4%.Chi-square test showed that P = 0.488,there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).4.Analysis of the history of gynecological surgery: among the pregnant patients,the least was gynecological surgery,accounting for 7.1%.Chi-square test showed that P = 0.03,with statistical significance(P < 0.05)Regular drug use or not analysis: among the patients who took more than one course of treatment,the most were pregnant patients,accounting for 18.4%.Chi-square test showed that P = 0.027,with statistical significance(P < 0.05)Analysis of the course of disease: the patients whose course of disease was less than 2 years were the most pregnant patients,accounting for 21.4%.In the non-pregnant group,the patients with 3-5 years of disease course were the most,accounting for 31.6%.By Chi-square test,P= 0.042,with statistical significance(P < 0.05)Endometrial thickness analysis:The endometrial thickness of pregnancy group accorded with the diagnostic criteria in 11 cases,and that of non-pregnancy group accorded with the diagnostic criteria in 16 cases.Chi-square test showed that P = 0.957,there was no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Gynecological operation history and course of disease may be the risk factors of thin endometrial infertility;Bushen Zengmei Prescription may improve pregnancy outcomes of thin endometrial patients on the basis of regular medication.
