ObjectiveBy comparing the head low NIHSS score of experimental group and control group patients before and after the treatment,observe the clinical effect of treatment of acute cerebral infarction head low,through the observation group of patients before and after treatment serum Chinese super sensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),according to beta protein,interleukin 6(IL-6)content,explore head low treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect and mechanism of actionMethodsCases were collected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and it was expected to collect the cases of hospitalized patients in the Affiliated Central Hospital of Shenyang Medical University from October 2019 to September 2020,and the collection of cases was completed.According to the principle of randomization,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given basic treatment according to the treatment guidelines of acute cerebral infarction.The experimental group was given low head treatment on the basis of the control group:the patients were given the-20 degree supine position from 8:00 to 22:00 within 24 hours after inclusion,and then reduced to the supine position when they could not tolerate it.After 5-10 minutes of rest,the above operation was repeated at-20 degree again.24 hours after inclusion,the patients were placed in a-20 degree decubus position for 30-40 minutes(subject to patients’intolerance),then rested for 5-10 minutes,and then repeated the above procedures for 1-1.5 hours;9:00-11:00,15:00-17:00 and 20:00-22:00,three times a day.A total of 10-14 days of treatment were given.Clinical efficacy,neurological impairment(NIHSS)score,Rankin revised scale(MRS)score,hs-CRP,interleukin 6(IL-6),S100β protein indexes were observed before and after treatment in 2 groups.Conclusion Based on the conventional treatment,the lower head in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect,can improve the degree of neurological function deficit,and does not increase the occurrence of adverse reactionsResultsThe NIHSS scores of the experimental group at 7±1 days,12±2days and 90±7 days were all lower than those of the control group at 8.42±4.30,5.760± 2.40 and 3.44±2.10(P<0.05)After treatment,hs-CRP(6.3 7± 1.66)mg/L and IL-6(11.28±2.72)pg/mL in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(8.48±2.22)mg/L and(14.37±3.15)pg/mL(P<0.05)After treatment,the S100β level in the control group was(0.74±0.26)μg/L,and that in the experimental group was(0.32±0.13)μg/L.Compared with the control group,the S100β level in the experimental group was lower(P<0.05)The therapeutic effect of the experimental group(96.00%)was higher than that of the control group(78.00%)(P<0.05)After treatment,the MRS score of the experimental group was(2.82±0.50),and that of the control group was(3.35±0.62),and the MRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)ConclusionsFor patients with acute cerebral infarction head low treatment,can reduce the patients’ NIHSS score,mRS score,reduce according to beta protein in serum,hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs CRP)and the levels of IL-6,prove that patients with acute cerebral infarction head low treatment effect is good,can improve the patient’s serum related indicators,reduce nerve function defect,improve curative effect,improve the prognosis of the patient’s quality of life,and no increase in patients with adverse reactions...
